Most had been talking months, tens of thousands of dollars, ripping out terraces, yard, shrubs, fence, trees out...etc. Basil came in, had a much more simple plan, lower costs, better design and quick turn around in days rather than months. They came in much lower than other contractors, had a much better design plan and had a team that was well organized.
