I should have read the Yelp reviews before purchasing this Living Social voucher for Howards Window Cleaning - I had the same experience as the first reviewer: tried calling and left a message to schedule an appointment when I first got the voucher, no one called me back. Contacted Living Social to find out what was going on - they emailed me back a link from the vendor that I could use to schedule my window cleaning service. Used the link, scheduled service, got a confirmation. No one showed up, no has called or emailed me, and I've left repeated messages. I'll be contacting Living Social momentarily to get a refund. I had bought a deal off living social, normally I'm pretty skeptical about those coupons but after the winter atlanta has been having my windows needed to desperately be cleaned. so i called Kenny and he was very nice and professional. setting up an appointment was easy and he was very considerate of my time. the day of the appt they came a few minutes early which is always nice and they got right to work. after a while they finished all my windows and everything looked like it was brand new. no hard selling, no crazy upsell, just a great business doing a great job. will use again read more

I bought my coupon for window washing through Groupon. I called and talked with Kenny Howard who scheduled my appointment for this past Friday. When the 2 hour window of time passed, I called to verify he was coming. Had to leave a message. Heard nothing and called again a few hours later. Still no return call. I called again yesterday - left another message. Still no return call. Today I requested and received a refund voucher. That is different from a refund --- I must spend it through Groupon to received my credit. I will certainly use the credit but believe that will be my last use of that website. I bought this through Living Social in early February. I booked the appt via their system and they confirmed June 3 @ 12 noon. I sent an email confirming the booking. No response. They never showed. I have called three times today to find out if we can reschedule. Still.....no response! LIVING SOCIAL needs to vet their suppliers better!! After purchasing LivingSocial coupon, which this company promotes on their facebook page, I set up appointment. Appointment cancelled by them due to illness set up other appointment it rained went down hill from then on. Accused of harassing because I tried to get service that I was promised could never get on phone, left messages that were never returned and seems like I am not the only one having no shows for appointments and calls not returned. Before buying this deal, I did make sure i checked the reviews. Unfortunately, only one review By Jamie was available and it was good. Once i purchased living social coupon, i immediately scheduled the appointment for May 31st. I called him on May 30th evening to confirm my appointment and he promised to show up next day to clean up my windows. I waited for 3 hours, no one showed up and no more answering calls. Left voice mails atleast 3 times. At this time, i really wanted to know how to get my refund. Any details will be of great help. Warning - Please don't get fooled by this deal.
