I have very serious concerns about the Montgomery County Police…read more I was working as a poll-worker in Primary Day. A Montgomery County Police Officer working private security at the Bender Jewish Community Center of Greater Washington ejected me from a polling place in violation of the First Amendment. I was beyond the "No Electioneering" sign. contrary to what is seen in the video, the big sign that was right there was not the new election sign. The no election sign was several feet away from that and it was in bushes. I have been an election judge. I have been a poll worker. We tell people to get back behind the no electioneering sign all the time. That is for election judges. It is not for the bender Jewish community center of greater Washington to use an off duty police officer to eject a poll worker. The law says that they're supposed to make their parking lot available to members of the public for election hearing if they are a poling place. The officer would not permit me to gather signatures there because he has a conflict of interest in that he was working private security for the bender Jewish community center of greater Washington. . https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=SomYVK7ferU&pp=ygUIMTI1c2V0aG0%3D Subsequently the internal affairs division forwarded their investigation to the administrative charging committee of the police accountability board. The ACC miss quoted me saying that I said, "because it was not a polling place. The sign did not attach." That is absurd. These people are an abomination to justice. I had neighbors get their cars broken into. The police don't do anything about that because the Montgomery county Council will not let them. But they gladly eject pool workers from pulling places when they try to term limit our County Executive. This is the East Coast of the United States, not eastern Europe. Get it right!

I recently had the misfortune to experience what a person goes through when their vehicle is…read morestolen. It's a gut wrenching thing to go through, especially when it happens in less than eight hours of you parking your vehicle once you got home. To shorten the story, I came out in the morning to where I had parked my vehicle only to find that the lock on my door was popped and vehicle was gone. Thanks to social media, the type of vehicle I have was made known widely on how to steal it. I gave my self five minutes to freak out and started getting myself together. First call I made was to 911 to report my stolen vehicle. This is where it gets a bit unorthodox. Instead of a police officer coming to me to where my vehicle once was parked, I gave my information to the operator who then had an officer contact me. I gave the same information to the officer and was told that they would contact me at a later time with any follow up questions or information. Once I collected myself and started on my way for the day, I didn't think much of it. I went to my appointment, work and everything else I had to do that day. See, I was about to go on a long work trip and wasn't too worried about my vehicle one way or another. While on my work trip I received a text message stating that my vehicle was found, damaged but found. At first I thought I was being pranked because I have never received a text message from a police officer before. I followed up and by giving a call and was very surprised that this was true and I was given all the information needed so I could pass it along to my insurance and make plans for my vehicle to be moved. The thing with being out of town and having your vehicle recovered doesn't allow for you to do much. Over the course of the next few days I received pieces of mail (while still out of town) letting me know where my vehicle was and how to set it up. My insurance took care of all that for me. I was also made aware that my vehicle was gone through to see if anything was evidence in the vehicle. When I was able to lays eyes on it finally, it didn't look like much was done. I did go through it and found several items that were not mine and followed up with the police again. They didn't want it stating that they had no idea if it was mine, the culprits, or belonged to another victim. However, the lady I spoke too was very kind and coached me a bit on what to do next. My vehicle was stolen on a Monday morning and by the following Saturday they had found it. They were swift about it and it was literally only like five miles from my apartment. Battery dead, gas gone, inside destroyed and ransacked. But I want to thank the police for doing there job as there were items in the vehicle that had sentimental meaning and I was able to recover most of that.

I begged them not to beat on me and perform police brutality on me, but they kept beating me until an ambulance showed up 30 minutes later. One short white cop slammed my head on the ground and made a huge mark on my forehead, bloody and ugly; he told the hospital it was "acne." They told me I was never robbed and it was a bad drug transaction(I have my medical marijuana license and card) and I was trying to pull knives on them, so I was involuntarily admitted for 5 days in Washington Adventist mental health. The police also confiscated my dad's knives which I didn't even know were in my dad's vehicle, and they kept them for evidence. Do not call 911 unless you want Greenbelt police to come and beat you up and commit police brutality on you. (The photo is of my head that was head-butted by an officer who is either Hispanic or middle-eastern, and my head slammed by the short white cop; please note and keep in mind this picture was taken today and I was attacked by the 2 police 6-7 days ago so it has healed some)

Not once in over 30 plus years has anyone ever contacted my family about this investigation. Naturally it's plainly obvious because there isn't one being done and never has been. I have left countless messages over the years and been told of the name of a Detective Nelson being assigned to the cold case, and he has never once returned a call to me or my brother. The sheer lack of respect to a grieving family, including my mother who lost her son over 32 years ago is astounding. I served this country and was willing to put my life on the line to defend it; which includes for these police officers! The last time I called instead of getting to speak to Detective Nelson, I was told about how many thousand of cold cases they have. So what the excuse 32 years ago, or 20 years ago when they had even less cold cases? And what about the first year he was killed? This police department is disgusting, shameful and a sad example for the other cold case police departments who actually work on their cases and are communicative to the family to try to get help in solving their cold cases. I believe Prince George's county police department is just waiting for us all to die because its easier than actually doing their jobs!

Was at a party recently, where at 4:30 on a saturday a neighbor was complaining about the music…read morevolume. The volume of the music really wasn't that loud, but we turned it down several times just to oblige. About an hour later we get a visit from the police. First thing we say to the officers is that we have turned down, even though the volume has never really been at an unreasonable level. To which the officer says, he's not here for the music, but for a report of under age drinking. This party was mostly adults over 35 and i'm generously low balling the age spectrum here, maybe 2 teenagers, and about seven kids under 7 in a mini pool. We're looking at the officer like huh? I mean nobody even flinched when he came into the backyard, and once he saw the scope of things he very quickly realized that someone had made a false report just to be petty. He could've very easily pressed the issue, but he didn't. He had a very professional demeanor, and handled the situation without ruining the mood of the people at the party. We parted on good terms, and we went about enjoying our evening. He had back up arrive right before he left. I think they were riding together, but even still the other officer could see there was nothing going on, they just kind of laughed it off and left. I only find it sad, that making a false claim to the police doesn't seem to be a crime in itself. Worse things have come out of this exact same type of situation, and people like the A Hole that called in the first place go unchecked.
