They knew what we wanted and it was very easy to understand the vision they had when explained to us! I didn't hire a wedding coordinator because.. inflation and budgets lolll but at the end of the day, Sahag made me feel comfortable enough to call him and ask him for his advice on how long each part of the day would take in regards to creating an itinerary and making sure we had enough time for everything. I must have called Sahag at least 50x!! Poor guy lol! But he never seemed annoyed, never gave me an ounce of negative energy, he was always willing to help, and never let one call go to voicemail! WOW!! During both our engagement and wedding shoots, I was getting a little cranky with the pains from my heels (I hate heels and I hate the man who invented heels even more!) and they knew exactly how to handle the situation and always made sure I kept a smile on my face! Come to find out, they had also worked on my SIL's christening and her parents wedding! So it's easy to say that they're pretty much family at this point! Lolll These guys work hard to make sure you have the greatest day of your life and they do it so smoothly and make it look so easy!! Second, from the get-go, Michelle had the most positive and good-vibe energy to bring to the table. This is definitely someone I want following me around all day. She was sweet, patient and she got the most amazing shots of me and the bridal party and our entire family. On top of that, the turnaround time to get our photos was less than a week! Is that because of the headshots or just because I've finally become the wonderful actor that we all were waiting for me to be? Who knows but I should probably stay on target here... Seriously, though, Travis is a blast to shoot with. I would imagine 90% of actors and comics are like me and hate getting headshots done. Travis makes the process fun and relaxed and the result are some killer shots that really capture who you are and how you want to be presented. I think going into a session knowing exactly what you are going for, what your strengths are and how you should be seen is vital and then Travis is able to take that "homework" and really work wonders with it. He'll get great shots that are specific to the tone you're presenting while at the same time be a great representation of "you walking into the room" which is exactly what a great shot needs to be. And they really pop online as well. The best headshots should be a collaboration and I feel these definitely are. Not to mention, he's a great dude to hang out with for a couple of hours. Some just shoot hundreds of frames and figure something will stick, but Travis takes his time so we BOTH know he's getting it right. He really listened to the looks I needed and found a way to get them AND still look like me on a really really good day. He showed me how to stand and how to move that got the energy I wanted and the aesthetics I need, as a woman of "moderate age". I had dozens of usable shots before he even retouched them. I love him. I have a hard time understanding why he's so cheap. I guess he really DOES want to perform a service, but don't let the pricing fool you. He could easily charge way more. Take advantage of this. My manager and agents are already sending him people and he won't be available and affordable for long.

Not long after, I matched with a gentleman who had taken portraits with Danielle too! AND he used the same prop (a typewriter- we're both writers). Turns out we had matched previously, he'd seen my photos, and decided to have his own done with his German Shepherd. So now I have four dogs.
