Anthony ran my credit on our initial call after I specifically told him not to and his response was oops I forgot. Then when we find a house and are ready to start the loan process, he runs my credit again and calls me the same day to say sorry I'm too busy to take on your loan. So why run my credit again if you know your too busy for me??? Horrible horrible service not to mention he lowered my credit score by running it twice for no reason. read more

I have previously worked with a LV mortgage and was impressed by their response professionalism and courtesy. However, in October 2020 they reached out to me to renegotiate an interest rate on my current home loan. It is now 12 weeks later and the process is yet to be completed. I have reached out to Anthony directly and requested an opportunity to speak with him directly, after several failed attempts I have yet to hear from him. I have submitted document after document after document and continue to hear nothing in the way of any communication about the process of the loan. I could go on and on but let's just say that the only explanation that I received for the poor communication is that there are new employees because of the Covid virus that don't understand the process of implementing a loan.
