I spoke to Natalia whom had assisted with the enrollment and told her that we would like to cancel and to cancel the auto debit as we were told for him to try it out and if he did not like we could cancel in which we did inform her after the second or third attendance that this was not a good fit and we would like to cancel. No where at this time did she mention that a written cancellation was necessary to cancel and if it had been mentioned that would have easily been done at that moment but she just said that she would take care of the cancellation. This was of course in March of 2023 when we notified her and in looking at my bank stmts I noticed that I was still being billed for sessions although my son had no longer been attending and Natalia had been notified and we had been told that she would take care of the cancellation and remove my card information. that this facility continued to debit my card on file thru the month of July for the sessions as it was obvious he was no longer attending and Natalia was notified of the cancellation of his enrollment and that she would take care of the cancellation as it wasn't a good fit for my son. Reason my son did not see it as a fit was because he was new to soccer and when the fields were rained out they had soccer leagues practicing with those that are new. Very quick way to bring one's moral down when you have skilled practicing with new players !!! Definitely pay close attention to your stmts after you've informed them of cancellation.

I am not sure what am I supposed to do with the credit when my daughter is not allowed to come back. DISGUSTING & UNSANITARY - DO NOT BOOK YOUR EVENT HERE! I…read morebooked Main Street Indoor Soccer for my son's birthday party, expecting a clean and welcoming space for kids. Instead, we arrived to a filthy, unprepared, and completely unacceptable environment. This place is a health hazard and should not be hosting children's events! The Shocking Issues We Faced: Trash Everywhere - Full garbage bags piled in the hall, empty pizza boxes with old food under the tables, and leftover plates and food scraps covering the party area. The place had not been cleaned at all before our event. Disgusting Restrooms - The men's restroom was completely clogged and unusable, and the women's restroom was filthy. No cleaning supplies were available, and the stench was unbearable. Inadequate Seating - Despite booking for 20 children, only two benches were provided--clearly not enough for a kids' party. Infested With Moths - and Soon, Cockroaches! - The space was filled with moths, flying around due to old food and trash left behind. If it's this bad now, imagine what it will be like in summer--completely infested with cockroaches, fleas, or even rats! I Had to Clean Myself! - I personally filled four large trash bags, swept the floors, and even had to request a trash can because none were provided. Instead of celebrating my child's birthday, I was left doing the staff's job for them. Unhealthy Air & Poor Ventilation - The air was stale and heavy, making it difficult to breathe. One of our young guests has asthma and struggled to breathe because of how stuffy and unclean the space was. The only saving grace was Victoria, the on-site staff member, who did what she could to help. But one person cannot clean an entire venue alone--management clearly does not care about cleanliness or their customers. A HEALTH HAZARD, NOT A PARTY VENUE! This place is an absolute disaster. By summer, it will be overrun with cockroaches, rodents, and filth if they don't make serious changes. DO NOT book your event here unless you want to clean up trash and deal with bugs! Despite multiple emails and messages, management has ignored me and refuses to take responsibility. This venue should NOT be hosting children's events until they fix their sanitation issues!

I'm pretty sure everyone who plays sand volleyball in Houston knows what Third Court is…read more There is a parking lot, but most people end up just parking on the street past the courts due to overcrowding. $10 open play Friday nights (supposedly, first timers come in free, but I wasn't offered that - though I heard some other guys came in later on that did). There is a bar and a grill inside, with a very spacious covered area with different types of seating. 12 courts total. Middle two are men's doubles and women's doubles and the outside courts are meant for 4s. I wouldn't really recommend coming without a group and even if you have a group, you'll be waiting a while between games. It's pretty wild West in terms of who is next, pretty much have to walk up to a group and ask to play winner or if they have space. The skill level is very wide, but generally above average. If you have a designated group, it's more efficient to go reserve because you'll be waiting for open play courts. I think I got three games in for fours within two hours.
