Just like they did mine Mr James Bademosi deducted over $970.89 from my refund saying it was for his "fee's" when our agreement (WHICH i have copies of our text messages where he sent me a quote of $350.00 ) he was he was only supposed to take $350.00 from my refund which was only $3,360.27 and I only received $2,389 of that money that means he STOLE $620.89 from me without my prior authorization or knowledge! When I confronted Mr James about us ridiculous "fee's" he just simply laughed at me and said there was nothing I could do about it because there is no laws about how much he can charge me, so if I wanted to report him to the IRS for taking so much from me to go ahead and do it. I told him I would but I would also let everyone know what a thief he was as well! So hopefully he will loose out on more $ than what he stole from me! Anyone that has any doubts about what I am saying is true I have recorded phone conversations with Mr Bademosi where he admits he can "legally" charge me what ever the hell he wants to....and where he also admits that other things I confronted him about that he is doing illegal is irrelevant to what he charged me so basically admitting he is aware of the other thing's that I confronted him about, which I will not post at this time what the other "thing" is because it involves a female employee he has and to be honest it really isn't "her" fault that Mr James stole that much $ from my refund...And at this time I have decided to not put her on Blast because I can understand her "reasoning" for doing what she did to support her children, with her being a single mom & all....but I am also a single mom and that's why I am so flabbergasted that Mr James would have the audacity to deduct that much $ from my refund and do it with a clean conscious....So if anyone would like to hear the phone conversations I recorded with Mr. James just send me a p.m to my Google + account and I will forward you the .mp3 files I have. I am hoping and praying Mr James will decide to do the "right thing regarding the $ he stole from me by deducting it from my refund check without my prior knowledge or permission" & if he does I will take down ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS I AM WRITING ABOUT HIS "BUSINESS ETHICS OR LACK OF" but if he does not I will continue sharing my negative experiences with his Tax preparation services with everyone in the public that deals with Mr James Bademosi so everyone can get a idea of the type of money hungry person he really is! Also I looked up the law's for slander in Texas and it is illegal to make a "FALSE statement about someone or someones business (defamation of character) in order to cause a bad reputation and therefore cause harm to this person by them loosing out on business OR on clients, but what I am saying about Mr. James is a 100% true and I have proof of everything I am saying so there for I have a right to share this with the public and it is TOTALLY LEGAL FOR ME TO DO SO!
