I was very excited to try this place based on the positive reviews. I pre-booked a 120-minute…read moremassage, and while the massage itself was good, the overall experience was disappointing. During my session, my masseuse left the room six times to assist people who walked in through the front door. In addition, another employee knocked on my door three times to speak with my masseuse during the massage, which was very disruptive. The session also ended about 10 minutes early. When I asked about a discount due to these interruptions and shortened time, I was still charged the full price. Unfortunately, because of this, I would not return.

I was unsure at first because I didn't fill out any form to indicate my problem areas, but once she started working, she knew exactly where to focus! She found the knots and tension, worked on them with perfect pressure, would move to another area and came back to rework those larger knots out - truly an amazing method. She kept her technique and flow even on both sides, used the time wisely - rather than spending equal time in all areas, she really did focus and allocate necessary amount of time on my tension areas, like my shoulders and neck, but without neglecting those that needed only light relaxation, like legs and arms - and she kept the whole experience very relaxing with low light, hot stones, and soft spoken cues to adjust positions and turning over. I will definitely be back to book with Kelly!

I had driven by this place for years and had it on my to-do list to give it a shot but never got around to it. Yesterday was my birthday (yeah Virgo ;-), and I had such a horrible day that I needed a little pampering. Well, Ms. Jazmin was my Therapist tonight, and I asked for the combo. I was initially nervous because I didn't know what to expect but that soon dissipated. I can attest, this was the BEST massage that I have ever gotten in my life! If I could rate 10*** I would. Jazmin is a Master at massage therapy and technique. She rubbed a million stress knots out of my body from the top of my head to the soles of my feet. I was lying there thinking this young lady literally has "healing hands," The prices are reasonable, the store is clean, and the water is on deck. I understand why this place has stellar reviews. It's a hidden gem. Sometimes, all one needs is a good massage, healing hands, and a comfortable atmosphere to change their day from bad to good. This is now my new massage spot! Cheers!

I have had a membership here for over two years, and I was about to cancel because I could not find a person that does a good job, I have pretty high standards. Three of my pet peeves are: -jolting motions versus smooth, transitioning strokes -Loud shoes (squeaky) or hard stepping throughout the entire Massage....this should not be allowed as it takes away from the experience. It stresses me out. -Talking and keep checking in asking me how it's going. I like silence, since this is supposed to be a silent and relaxing experience. Connie displayed none of these pet peeves, and I barely heard her moving throughout the entire process. I was sad when it was over! But I will be back! My search is over! She is the ONE!
