Dont come if its been raining heavy, the layout is spartan with dirt access road that turns to mud. If you're new, head toward the weight scales in the back , before you climb the scale, a slow right to the yellow steel beam unloading area where regular folk unload their aluminium cans into one of their scale barrels.

We drove up in our sedan among trucks, trailers and towers. You saw everything from school buses, to bikes and wheelchairs and even the kitchen sink! The drive thru line was long and it's posted "no walk-ups". We waited a good 10 minutes before being instructed to walk up anyways. In the yard, we saw piles and hills of the scrap being stacked and compacted. It reminded the boys of the movie "The Brave Little Toaster", except that it was all industrial. We walked right up to the scales and put our bag down. Then we went inside to present our id to the teller. He gave us another receipt to take to the cashier. There was a bit of a line to see the cashier, and it was super hot, but it was just more for the kids to observe. The folks treated us well, maybe because they're not used to seeing families. In total, we had half a trash bag, about 10 pounds, of aluminum cans. They paid us 50¢/lb. The $5 covered the gas but the experience was pretty neat for the boys to experience first-hand the eco-concious and economic advantage to recycling!

Kind of reminds us a little bit of the Tobin Center, but much more organized. Parking was better and the theater itself has a better layout and a clean lobby with more sunlight and activities as you wait for the show to start. Theater inside is beautiful. On embarkation day, we dropped off our luggage with the porters as per usual. I opted for the premium covered parking which is just a walk across the front entrance. Once inside, you go up the escalators to several check-in agents lined up in a row. There were plenty so there were no lines at any of them. They ask you a few wellness questions and then you pass through them to the security section. After that, there is a big space filled with nice sofas, restrooms, and vending machines as you wait but guess what?! We were just guided through to go onboard! It was such a breeze that I didn't even have time to stop and take pics! There was always a staff member guiding you to the next station. Disembarkation was simple as well. No winding walkway to go through. We just went down the escalators (there's also an elevator) walked through the sea of luggages (we did self assist) and walked right to the side exit, across the walkway to our car. This last visit was so unpleasant. The guy behind the counter was so rude about the whole ordeal. As if it was my fault they don't do their jobs correctly. The whole time he was so rude to me, and I am sure he isn't aware but I heard him saying very ugly and crude thing under his breath as I walked out. Note that I work for a very large company who's employees order alot of painting equipment. And after being treated like that I will definitely be taking our business elsewhere.
