It paid my way through college. The point is, I know roofs. These guys sent out Alex to survey my roof. He was spot on and knew exactly what needed to be done. I could tell he was not feeding me BS, The crew came a couple of days later and ripped off the shingles, replaced the rotten wood, and put new shingles that matched exactly the existing. They also re-engineered my gutters. Well done!! Finished in a day!!!!! I had 3 different quotes. Out of the 3 contractors, these guys were the best quote, most knowledgeable, most professional. Also needed one long downspout moved and some small spouts at the ground level repaired or added. The owner, Alejandro, gave me a detailed bid, more specific than I've seen from most gutter and landscape companies. It was a fair price - a little more than expected but within range, and it turned out to be very worth it. The gutters were full of silt/decomposed leaves and it was a hard job to get them entirely clean. The crew were knowledgeable, highly competent, and responsive to everything I said or wanted. I felt very comfortable with this company. They knew what they were doing and worked hard over several hours to get it all done to my and my husband's satisfaction. Would hire again.

I'm skeptical by nature, so I joined the representative on the roof and I was given the most in-depth discussion on the inspection process. I was horrified of the condition of my roof. Rows and rows of shingles were loose, waiting to tear up at the very next wind storm. I immediately had dozens of questions and concerns... I didn't know where to start. The rep calmly told me, "let us do the worrying". I put my trust in him and he took over everything. We dealt with the payment, he lead the way with the insurance, he intercepted the inspector and walked my roof with him. He communicated the entire reroofing process too. Their work crew was extremely fast and did their best to protect all my property. They also did an extremely good job with the clean up too. But it didn't stop there... That same rep came back and did an extreme detailed clean up of my property and inspection of the new roof. Before I knew it, he had other subcontractors replacing my downspouts and trims on my windows. He thought of everything and went out of way to ensure that I was satisfied with his service. If you made it through my testimonial, I hope I convinced you to put your trust in Elite Roofers. I personally, work as a construction manager and I am absolutely blown away at their professionalism, workmanship and courtesy. They are the best and rarest type of contractor that you hope to find.
