Dr. Hornsby examined me. I told the woman that was supposed to assist me that they are not what I wanted, so she told me that they could substitute those with regular precription lens. All I had to do was wait until the replacement glasses came in and they would call me to bring in my own frames and the refit would take about an hour. Well, they did call me and they prepared the regular lens to fit my frame. When I sat down to try the glasses on, the same woman sat down accross from me and immediately accused me of cussing and told me that my conduct was not allowed in the store. I was totally shocked by her accusation and asked where that came from because I did not cuss at anyone at any time and she told me that 2 other employees heard me and told her. My wife was with me and she said I did not cuss at all. The woman then told me that the store has microphones and that she would listen to hear what I said. Well, she never got back to me on that and the new glasses are totally useless because when I put them on, everything was distorted and blurry. I told her that and she said that I just had to get used to them. Get used to them, have you ever had to get used to a pair of prescription glasses? I'm 87 years old and a retired, decorated U.S. Navy veteran and I have had dozens of prescription glasses in my life and never had to GET USED TO THEM. I also have never been treated so badly at any store in my entire life. The woman that said I was cussing and assisted me was very rude to say the least. She would not listen long enough for me to tell her what the problem was with the glasses. Now I'm out $533 and no glasses. I bought a pair of Walmart READERS for about $12 and can read and see better then what I got at this place. PLEASE, don't go to this store for anything.

I'm only gave a star because I have to. I have worked with this company twice. Twice I was treated poorly. The first time I gave a two week notice. Not only did the owner bake me "poop" brownies, she said and I quote. This is because your sh$t$ing on us! Second time I was the receptionist not only did they call me out in meetings for mistakes in front of everyone but they except me to work while throwing up. I also requested a day off for my son's surgery. To which the owner call afterwards and made me come in. This isn't a place for you to work at if you have child or if you like yourself. I have only been once but I have more appointments scheduled. After the very first treatment I felt better. I had almost given up on finding someone or something that would help me with the pain. He stated that he didn't draw any fluid and I could tell he went further than the cyst and deeper into my torn meniscus. The pain from this cyst was keeping me from being able to work so I used an insulin needle and drew out the fluid that Doctor Jennings was "unable" to draw out! His option was surgery. My option, with a smaller needle, provided the relief I needed. Brings me to one conclusion. Doctor Jennings only wanted to charge the insurance company more money for an unnecessary surgery.
