Housekeep bribed the criminal impersonating a judge named Wade from London Central Employment Tribunal, to refuse to judge (Misconduct in public office) and falsify acts (Fraud) in my dossier against Housekeep, even after I made Wade a defendant for it leaving her no right to judge anything. There was another falsifier swine called "judge" Taylor as well
Housekeep runs a DBS scam in cahoots with another company, rejecting people's DBS and under the claim of performing another DBS check, taking their money and never deliver any DBS check as proof
Also fun fact: Lisa Pirrett, head Housekeep HR, lied in court I set a house on fire, that I'm a public danger (a criminal), and that they have proof (which they never presented because there is none, so these are criminal sociopaths). Being a school cleaner, I have an empty enhanced DBS demonstrating 0 offences in my entire life. I'm a Christian.

Terrible dishonest company discriminating against honest working people. I was discriminated, harrased and bullied at work by a guy named Harley meaning hostile work environment, who also falsified accusations and documents for an unfair dismissal
Housekeep lied to me about being the only time I need to come to their address, I was called for no reason 2 more times after the first time, to be harassed by a guy named Harley, of physical appearance young, muddle stature, ginger, who clearly has a personal issue with me because he complained about me using the company application for professional reasons, which he called personal against the evidence to the contrary. Harley also accused me of calling one of his colleagues ignorant, which I never did which proves he was making up evidence on purpose to harass me, and falsify a pretext to fire me. This is discrimination by belief (honesty and uprighteousness), motivated by the fact Housekeep noticed it can't swindle me:
1. To perform a check on the employee, on the employee's money. I already had 1 month enhanced DBS as a school cleaner, they refused it, and lied it's not hidden as "admin fee", when even in their app they admit it's for this check, of which I was never informed. I was charged 59£ thus illicitly since I wasn't allowed the time to read the contract before signing which I did on good faith, although later I let it go to continue cooperation with this bad company as I felt there was no choice (coerced), but because I was illicitly fired I will demand in court this money back, for unfair dismissal
2. To accept unmotivated lower ratings (4* in my case) which would result in losing the performance bonus. In training I was lied to that Housekeep does not accept unfair ratings but they lied. Their policy is to not actually give any performance bonus, they cheat
3. I was falsely accused by that operator which Harley lied to my face that I called ignorant of creating a bleach spot at one of the customers as the company wanted to blame me regardless of the evidence to the contrary, and I requested another operator to handle the case because the one accusing me is clearly irrational (that's the word I used) for accusing me against the evidence, which proves Housekeep policy of exploiting the workers unfairly, meaning I was fired without justification, for being a honest worker who knows and upholds his rights, and cannot be illicitly exploited in consequence.
4. To accept commuting to Housekeep address for 2.5£ per hour (by commuting 3.5 hours), which I never accepted, and is illegal / under minimum wage and fraud. In other words Housekeep coerces workers to support this expense under threat of dismissal, profiting from the disfavored working class and infringing thus on worker's rights and dignity foremost
5. To accept working with my equipment although the client's is often insufficient, especially lacking the personal protective equipment which the employer must provide, which is another illegal Housekeep practice
In conclusion it is proven beyond any reasonable doubt that Housekeep seeing how it cannot infringe on my rights as it wishes with my consent, invented false reasons and committed an unfair dismissal, which I contest in court, requesting 350£ for every week I wasn't paid by working, because of the unfair dismissal (which reflects on future employment because other employers request references therefore Housekeep lies prevent me from being employed again), plus 350£ moral damages for every week I haven't enjoyed the fruit of my labor
