After the second time I attempt to cancel my membership right there on the spot, the nice guy behind the counter even had me sign paper work confirming it was cancelled. Long story short I'm being charged for another month and there is nothing they can do. FYI EOS is a newer gym, amazing equipment and for only $5 more a month damn near no suspicious customers paying to use the gym facilities for their personal home bathroom as opposed to actually working out. Planet fitness used to be good but now I have since moved on, paying for another month I'm not even going to use. You've been warned.

Plus, they have four hydro massage chairs, which is four times more than what my local gym (Fountain Valley) has. It's a spacious gym with lots of machines and great equipment. Francis is an amazing HIIT instructor, which is why many Fountain Valley members are making the trip to Garden Grove. I've been to his morning HIIT classes a few times and have been very happy with his workouts. His classes are always fresh, challenging, and a blast. Francis also makes an effort to get to know each member and remembers everyone's names, even though they're coming from different gyms. He's super friendly, encouraging, and helps us exercise correctly. This gym consistently offers a great number of morning classes for its members, which is something my local gym doesn't do. I'd definitely come to this gym if it weren't so far away.

In terms of capacity, it's a good sized gym with working machines and a big yoga room and functional workout area. They have 6 punching bags that are always in working function, which I absolutely love as a boxer. The manager, Tracey, is amazing. I've had odd encounters with some people here and he resolved the issue immediately. The place is clean. But when the cleaning lady, Lady, is around, the place becomes spotless. She's super friendly and accommodating. All the staff at the front desk are nice and the trainers here are great at their jobs. They have a ton of classes here and the HIIT classes gets packed. It's a great facility with tons of friendly people and I would highly recommend this Crunch location.
