It was nice to get a haircut and beard trim just downstairs. I am retired now but still have Alvey cut my hair and beard at their new shop, called "The Shop" on second Street right next to "Lonies Market" or "Harvest Foods" or "Southgate Center Market. (It has had a lot of names) I've gotten to know the other barbers and see their work. It is always "top notch" and they all seem to give great attention to detail as Alvey always has with me. The atmosphere is casual and friendly with great comfortable furniture for the few minutes I have to wait when I'm early. I've even fallen asleep!! I really like their online appointment setting. The site works well and is quick and easy to set up. You even get an email reminder. I highly recommend "The Shop" for haircuts, beard trims, specialty haircuts I see others get that aren't for me (I'm old) and wouldn't have enough hair to get the "fade, Fade to Buzz, Sgt Stripes or whatever that some young guys get. Looks great on them, though. Do yourself a favor and try out "The Shop".

I have yet to find anyone that cuts hair better than she does. She is artistic, funky, professional, detail-oriented and open-minded. She works with her customers to ensure that they get exactly what they want. The salon itself is absolutely amazing. It is brand new and just opened up. Carlie designed it herself and the thought that went into it is evident in everything there. There are blow dryers at each station that hang down from the ceiling like a pneumatic hose at an oil change place. There is cool variable lighting, a fireplace and comfortable couch for customers while they wait. All in all a great place run by an amazing hair stylist. Can not recommend it any more highly.

Over priced and a rushed job is what other barber shops have been. At Estetica Arturo chargers about 16 for a men's haircut. A little more for a straight razor shave which is what I get. For one good ole Andrew Jackson, yes that's a twenty dollar bill, you can get the best hair cut you ever had. I get one twice a month myself. A nice tight clean cut taken off the sides with a razor and my beard trimmed and cut with a shampoo for twenty bucks. You can't beat it anywhere in town or out of town for that matter. Barbers here are attentive and listen to the clients needs and answer all questions one would have about new styles that are out. If you are a local or in town for a short while and in need of a trim I would highly recommend that you check this place out before going to other barber shops.

So randomly lucky to find this place!…read more Been searching on Yelp for a good nail salon in the Pasco area, but they get such different reviews depending on who you actually get to do your nails. Many places seems like they have young, uneducated people, far from being nail technicians, taking care of some customers. On a trip to Walla Walla I walked by this little place, peeked inside and got a good vibe right away. It looked clean, professional and up to date. They do not take walk ins but to my luck someone just called and cancelled their appointment as I walked in. I had my nails done by Cherish who also is the owner. Super sweet and very skilled. I saw two other ladies getting a pedicure while I was there and when I'm in town next time I'm booking that for sure! Congrats to Walla Walla residents who has such a great place for manicures and pedicures.
