The two major issue involved the repair or replacement of a 4 barrel carburetor and diagnosing and repairing a faulty electric seat. Other items were listed but these were the priorities. They claim to have the expertise which we are paying for on a open account with a high shop rate. Should they misdiagnose or make a poor judgment call as the to the best repair approach; you have contracted with them to pay the billable hours they incurred. Open checkbook In my case was poor judgment and cost me a significant amount of excessive labor dollars. Close to a $800.00. The end result is I have an electric seat manually rearranged installed in the care with no pertinent information that would allow me to research a solution. I thought I was contracting them to perform several repairs at a with quality results and fair price. Not the case. Billable hours appears to be the main thrust of their business.
