You will wear shoes during most classes, so you may want to pack a gym pair if you don't want to get your mat dirty-- they do also have a UV light sanitizer in the studio you can use on your mat after class. You're assigned a number spot on the floor, studio appears to hold 40-50 people. I'm not sure of their pricing, I attended using ClassPass. Housekeeping: there are two individual bathrooms and two red light infrared saunas on site too! Easy to find parking, studio is on the second level, easy to reach by middle or east set of stairs. The whole setup feels like Pilates' athletic, overachieving cousin. It is full body, resistance based, slow burn, shake til you earn it type movement. You will be sweating, you will be shaking, and you will walk out feeling like you unlocked a new level of your body. And Julia? Baby, Julia is that instructor. She is kind, funny, extremely engaged, and she encourages you in a way that feels strong and supportive without ever being pushy. Her cues make you feel safe, aligned, and actually capable of doing things you would normally tap out on. Her energy is warm and focused, and she somehow manages to coach the whole class while still making every person feel seen.
