I advocate for self care and find these stretches to deliver more results than massages (which I thoroughly enjoy). The staff at StretchLAB is knowledgeable, kind and very helpful! It seems that they are passionate about what they do and this isn't just a job for them! What a breath of fresh air to frequent an establishment that is results driven and customer service focused! So go to StretchLAB, try it for yourself and please leave them a tip! Try Norma while you're there too, she's the on top

I would be extremely cautious before considering this gym. To say the owner behaves…read moreunprofessionally would be a gross understatement. She may not treat you quite as poorly if you pay a lot for personal training for body building competitions and are a male. However, you will still have to tolerate temperatures at about 90 degrees with no airflow / fans, poorly maintained and dangerous equipment, a filthy facility, tools and DIY home improvement tools in the floor to step over, bathrooms frequently out of order, little to no room and roaches so if your still down for it then maybe give it a try! No exageration - that's not the half of it !

Regardless of your fitness level, Jazzercise offers a fun workout in a very supportive environment…read more Classes are made up mostly of women, but there is an occasional man in class. Participants are of all sizes and ages. Instructors offer modifications for those staring out or those who have restrictions from injuries or those who just want a lower impact option. The floor also has padding which assists in absorbing some impact. The instructors are great here and they have classes all day- so it's easy to find one that fits your schedule. You can expect choreography that's fairly easy to learn after a few visits with great verbal cueing from an instructor on stage (so everyone can see the movements well). The first part of class focuses on cardio but the last few songs are focused on core and strength. The music is great! Many of the songs are top 40 but you can expect a few country songs and oldies. Give Jazzercise a try, you'll probably like it and the group here will likely be very welcoming- I was hooked after visit 1!

It's all top 40 songs so many are ones you can sing along to or are already on your playlist. Most formats are about 35ish minutes of cardio dance with about 25 minutes of strength training. The owner, Wendy, is one of the most caring, encouraging, and motivating women you'll ever meet and she's assembled a group of incredible instructors to ensure that same care and encouragement is culture at the studio. It's a home away from home-- it even has child care some classes if you need it! Get the old visual of leotards and leg warmers out of your head because this is fresh, fun, and will kick your butt!

The set up is you go to 9 different stations for 3 min each. Some are weights/cardio, most involve punching/kicking. Let me just get into why this is my new favorite gym. I like lists :) 1. The first class is free! So you know what you're getting into before signing up for a membership 2. The class is only 30 minutes. It's easy to fit into your schedule. 3. Even though the class is short the work out is great and I feel like I'm getting into better shape and losing weight 4. The trainers are super encouraging and helpful. 5. You don't have to have any experience in kickboxing to come here. They show you all the moves before each station. 6. The workouts work for all people whether you're in shape, or not..... :) 7. The trainers walk around and do 1:1 punches or kicks with you every once in a while 8. It's pretty cheap for what you get out of it. I signed up during a promotional period: $50 for registration (you get gloves and wraps), $109 a month. You can go to the gym as many times as you want. I think normal price is ~$100 registration and ~$115 a month. 9. There's new workouts every day Only con I've found is the hours (limited on Sat 9-12pm and none on Sunday), but you can work around that for the most part and just plan to come more frequently during the work week.
