Everything was a fairytail and wouldnt have been possible without Anna. First, the hotel itself. We had several rooms booked by several guests and every single room has an amazing view. Some rooms were more upgraded then others and the prices reflected it - though all prices were beyond reasonable. Trust me even the rooms that werent upgraded were clean & guests enjoyed the discounted price. All rooms were larger than typical European rooms. More comparable to the size of hotel rooms in the US. The rooms are clean and depending on the room, balconies large and are amazing places to sit and enjoy the morning coffee. The staff was amazing. Like every single person at the hotel went above and beyond on anytging and everything we needed. Angelica helped us with so many things from getting my dress steamed to ferry and bus schedules. This truely made the trip an enjoyable experience. Maiori itself is the perfect place on the Amalfi Coast to stay. Its close enough to all the towns to adventure to, has the largest beach and just seemed to have more authentic restaurants, stores and places where Italians actually lived. I cant wait to go back!

This hotel is all around CHEAP and has awful service. Their website says everything amenity wise is included but thats a HUGE LIE or poor translation. Lastly, rooms were uncomfortable and sheets were itchy. Wish I could give it 0 stars. We checked out 5 days early and booked it as fast as we could to a different hotel. 0 reimbursement, but we could not care less.

Bathroom was decent for most hotels we had in Europe. Large shower. The staff were accommodating enough. Unable to get us a cab one of the nights though as "there were no cabs all day because the road was closed." This resulted in us not being able to get our wedding photos done. It's certainly not the hotel's fault but when asked if we we able to find transportation they said "awww are you sad," mockingly. It rubbed me the wrong way. The upstairs terrace was beautiful, no dinner that we saw, just basic cocktails and buffet style breakfast. The beach club has nice loungers and an umbrella. The pricing was higher than listed online. I never saw a server come take our orders. They had a small shop where you could buy pringles, ice cream bars, and soda bottles. The beach is a decent size and comprised of pebbles. This isn't an amazing hotel but it worked ok for us. Maiori was sweet but to get to amalfi or positano you shouldn't rely on cabs or busses.

The next day I called down to reception to ask what was going on and was told it had not been possible. Zero proactivity.
