This hotel has incredible views from the balcony. Ask to book at a higher floor so you can see further out into the distance. This hotel is a wonderful place to stay if you feel like getting away. At night, it is peaceful ensuring that you and your family will get a good night's rest.

I'm glad I never have to come back here again…read more We booked 2 rooms for a group of 7 people on Booking.com and got a confirmation e-mail by the hotel, but when we got there late in the evening, they told us they never got our booking. Even after showing the confirmation as PROOF, they tried to charge us extra just for finding rooms for us that night. Only after we refused paying the extra fee a few times they gave in and gave us 3 rooms they apparently had of the sudden. The room my brother and I had to stay in then was awful. Dirty, outdated and with a ridiculous "bathroom". The bathroom was basically only a walled off shower right next to the bed. Totally not what we booked at all. See for yourself in the photos I included. Needless to say, absolutely impolite service. Breakfast was okay for the money.

Middle of the week and the bar in the lobby turns into a nightclub with blasting music and screaming people until after 2am. No Air conditioning so keeping the windows open allows you to hear the screaming people twice, passing cars and trains. No staff on duty to ask about the nightclub or other concerns. Entire hotel smells of smoke that clings to all of your clothes. I couldn't leave the hotel soon enough. Should be considered a hostel for Univerity students and not a hotel.

The bathrooms were outdated, but still very clean. The food in the hotel's restaurant was very good, although breakfast was little sparse. The views are unbeatable, just breathtaking. The mountains are everywhere and the hotel is across from a rabbit yard. Every morning you could hear the bells from the cows through the window. The pool was measly. The staff was friendly was for the most part and the lobby was cosy. There were lots of comfy couches to sit on in lobby and TV. I would recommend this hotel again.
