I would ideally give this place 4.7 but since I can't do that, am erring in their favor…read more It's in a fantastic, super walkable neighborhood of Buenos Aires. We tried several cafes, ice cream shops, and restaurants because things are so close by. We were also able to use the bus and subway easily from here. The rooms are very quiet, large, and very clean. Since it's a boutique hotel, even when it's full, it does not feel crowded or busy. The staff are all really friendly and helpful! The desk staff, the restaurant staff, and the housekeeping staff were all wonderful. The breakfast they include is so good, you can skip lunch if you take advantage of it. They give you toast, a media luna (a small, slightly sweet croissant), yogurt, orange juice, and coffee to start! You can add one of a few other choices- omelette, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, and a few other choices. They will also make you an espresso drink, which is very good! In fact, if Antonalia is working, she makes the cutest animals on the lattes or cappuccinos. We also decided to eat dinner here one night and the food was excellent! We didn't try it but the wine collection is awesome. Highly, highly recommend this place! Note: We were here for over two weeks so we used a laundry shop around the corner to get our clothes washed instead of using the hotel's service, just so it wouldn't be so expensive. This was a great option for us because we dropped off in the morning and could pick up before 6 pm.

They didn't need to do that as check in isn't till 3pm. The room is spacious and they offer complimentary water bottles and coffee. Breakfast is included and is amazing! And then service - top notch. And lastly location - walking distance to multiple cafes and restaurants, I highly recommend this hotel. One of the best!!!

From the street the hotel looks like just a door with manual door knockers. You have to ring a…read moredoorbell and then they come let you in. There's someone at the front desk (with cameras) 24/7. The hotel itself looks like a big house. There's a largish waiting area and then a small dining area right outside a door that leads to the rooms. The room we had was spacious. We were told it's the biggest one there. There's a patio which we didn't use because it was cold and it doesn't have a view. The room smelled a little funny, kind of musty with a plant smell. The sheets also smelled so we used our own blankets. The shower was nice and hot and had good shower pressure. The floor of the shower gets so wet it doesn't until houskeeping comes. I hated the toilet. It was so high I could barely touch the floor with my toes and the angle was no good. Also, when we arrived, our room was so cold and wouldn't heat up. We asked and they gave us a fan heater we used the first night. The next day we found a radiant heater in our room, which was really nice. The staff at the hotel are nice. Breakfast was simple- some bread, made to order eggs and juice. We made the mistake of not asking the price of water and at check out found out it was super expensive. Recommend buying water elsewhere. There isn't much of anything outside the hotel. We were able to walk to Don Julio but were recommended to take a taxi back. There's a small store nearby to buy water but no prices listed so you have to ask, which seems strange. If I ever come back, which is unlikely, I would probably look for a different place to stay. The room just felt dark and depressing and the location isn't particularly good. A lot of reviews mention the service and I agree they are nice, but nothing exceptional.

I recently enjoyed staying 5 nights at this Hilton location. It is a beautiful and well-located…read moreproperty. The floor to ceiling windows at the entrance gives it a grand yet elegant feel. The door open to Alberto's Lobby Bar. The bar is open and inviting - offering up edge seating and center couches lending itself to be a great place to wait if your room is not ready, for hanging out or waiting for departure after checkout. The Concierge and Main Lobby desks are easily accessible for questions, check-in, luggage storage, etc. All of the staff that I interacted with at both of these desks were efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. I noticed that during the middle of the day, there would be an infused water stand in the lobby near the Main Lobby desk. I really enjoyed being able to have a refreshing lemon water upon my return from the very, very warm outdoors. There is some additional seating around the lobby along with a grab-n-go place named Croutons and the entrance to El Faro, the location of included or unincluded breakfast, also offering lunch buffet and dinner for a fee. The hotel also has a small gift shop, an outdoor pool, fitness center, executing lounge, business center and meeting rooms. I saw that they also offer EV parking. I didn't have the opportunity to use any of the amenities during my stay so I can't really speak to their level of sufficiency or convenience. I can only say that everything looked to be well-managed and cared for. I stayed in rooms with 2-Queen beds; they are very spacious, comfortable and reasonably quiet. The rooms include a long couch, a table with 2 chairs, a divider to separate the sleeping area from the entrance-bathroom-closet-storage area, a coffee-tea bar and a small refrigerator. The bathrooms are also very spacious, offering a shower separate from a full-size soaking tub and quality shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand-soap and lotion. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and would consider staying again if I ever returned to the area.

Cut to the chase, I would rate this Hilton 6-stars…read more.. I loved everything about this place. First, the location is excellent. It is in the heart of Puerto Madero and surrounded by great restaurants. It is easy walking distance to lots of things The hotel itself is very American in design. It has a huge open air and sunny atrium. The rooms are large -- not European sized at all. My standard room had a tub and shower. We also had a very large couch and table area. Loved all the use of space. The highlight of this hotel though is the staff. First, all speak English which is not a given at all in Buenos Aires. More importantly, the servcie is fantastic. If you need a pillow or a towel, it arrives within minutes. Need directions or a taxi -- they are on it. We wanted a late checkout and were given two hours without question. There is a great coffee shop with coffee, sodas, and snacks. The food in the lobby bar is excellent -- whether delivered as room service or eaten the the lobby. The beef empanadas, in particular, were the best we had in Buenos Aires. This may be the best all-around Hilton I have ever stayed at. I would absolutely return here without question. Highly Recommended!
