The customer service they provide is absolutely world class, and unmatched. And believe us when we say this, everything you read about them in reviews, is one hundred percent true. Here are some of the things we appreciated/loved/liked: 1. It is quite centrally located. Everything is walkable in Prague. We averaged at 15k-18k steps everyday and did not need public transport for anything. 2. They provided a one time(either pick up or drop off) complimentary to/from the airport. This proved to be super helpful as this was our first time in Europe and we did not know what to expect. And having someone to pick you up from the airport just provides some comfort. 3. The hotel staff(ALL OF THEM) are super friendly and helpful. As soon as we walked into the hotel, we were greeted with a drink of our choice and the staff sat with us to find out if we had any plans, and if not, they helped with some planning. They not only suggest things we can do based on the number of days of our stay there, but also help with bookings and reservations. Another thing I was pleasantly surprised with was that they actually greet you with a drink every time we re-entered the hotel. It was just warm and nice. 4. They have an intimate spread of complimentary breakfast in the morning. The thing that makes this hotel so cozy and warm is that it doesn't feel very commercialized. The breakfast is a simple continental breakfast with vegetarian options along with some really well baked pastries like quiches, muffins, biscuits and cakes. I heard that one of the hotel staff herself is the baker and does this mostly by herself. It was so so good (especially the orange marmalade biscuit - they were excellent :D) 5. They took care of our dirty laundry !! :O :O While devouring our trdelnik, we ended up dropping some chocolate on our ONLY jacket and we need urgent cleaning of it for our next day. We asked the front desk about it and instead of pointing us to an expensive laundromat, they did it for us, complimentary!!!!! I still can't stop thinking about how exceptional their service was. 6. The gym includes cardio equipment, rowing machines, treadmills, a Pilates area, and free weights. The heated indoor pool and sauna were fantastic and provided a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was truly exceptional and one of the best Hilton breakfast experiences I have had. The buffet included approximately five different stations, including a made-to-order omelet station, hot breakfast selections, cold cuts and cheeses, fresh breads and pastries, fruits, and a pancake station. Location is perfect - it is walking distance to the Astronomical Clock, restaurants, the mall, and the bus station. My SO booked through Amex, so we received a $100 voucher that we spend at the hotel restaurant. Check - in was easy, and the staff were friendly and spoke good English. Our room was spacious; the beds and pillows very comfortable, and the bathroom was well stocked. Charging our devices was no problem but we were ready though we brought an adapter. Free breakfast had plenty of options and everything tasted fresh. We enjoyed it for sure. It is a good place to stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Prague.

Busy every evening and there was a sister restaurant across the street, No problem, we love Italian food and the restaurant around the corner was visited twice while we walked down the block to yet another Italian restaurant the last evening.
