Great customer service and even better location. The people that work here take really good care of you. They were patient and helpful in helping me locate my laundry that was actually on my dresser. I failed to notice it because I expected the laundry to be bagged and hung in the closet. Love the breakfast and coffee. Lots to choose from, and I gorged myself silly on the local berries, fruit and cheese. Standard hot breakfast, sausage , egg and bacon is provided as well. The star of the restaurant are the helpful servers, and their coffee. Rooms do not come with AC, but all you have to do is open the windows and turn on the fan. The parking lot is kinda small, so, try to get here before everyone comes back from work to find yourself a spot. Location is fantastic, 5 mins walk to the many cafe in the town square. overall, it a small hotel, very personable and the folks are super friendly and very nice. Only stayed one night here and checked in very late. But they were nice and even served me a couple quick drafts of beer even though the bar was technically closed. The room was decent but different than what a typical American would expect meaning no air conditioning, small beds, using an actual large key to open and lock your room door etc. Breakfast was good in the morning being a typical German spread of rolls, fruit, cold cuts and soft boiled eggs. While travelling on business I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel. The people were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the parking lot is small however they did direct us to another lot. As luck would have it Germany was playing Brazil in the World Cup during the night of our visit, the bar was showing the game on a big screen so I was able to sit back drink a few beers and watch Germany destroy Brazil.
