No room service unless you are booked in a suite. Very disappointing after a long day of work and travel. They have a refrigerator in the room and you can buy a mini bar snack pack for 15 euros that includes an assortment of snacks and alcoholic and soft beverages. One more thing- lighting in the room was soft,muted,shadowy. Great for ambience. Not so great for putting your make up on. Overall, nice and I would stay here again.

They have a convenient location to the train station, downtown and shopping. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. There are a couple bicycles available for rent. The Hotel was great for our family. We all loved the cozy breakfast area and their incredible variety for breakfast. The coffee machine made perfect varieties of drinks. I liked the big screen TV with the news. This Hotel was a wonderful part of our vacation.

Scheduled to stay 2 nights, booked this hotel due to their claim of having an airport SHUTTLE for a…read moresurcharge. I sent an email inquiring about the shuttle and it's cost, I received no reply. Called a week prior to arrival and was told I could take a taxi for 80 Euros each way. This would be more than the 106 cancellation fee charged for cancelling the reservation. What was so disappointing was that if had they simply responded to my initial inquiry I would have been able to cancel for less, very shady practice.

The rooms are like little private residences and not hotel-esq at all. Updated, modern and clean. The restaurant staff and amazing food is mind blowing.
