I liked this affordable, eclectic boutique hotel near Prater. It has easy access to public transport with trains, underground and trams only a 10min walk away at Praterstern station. The interior uses a lot of contemporary art. It has a nice garden space for outside dining (breakfasts only) and for being eaten by mosquitoes! The room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure.
There's no air conditioning or room service, but there are ceiling fans and they are happy for you to take coffees or other beverages to your room.
The staff was always friendly and helpful, which is good when you're in a city where you don't speak the language.
The hotel also offers free wifi, though it doesnt always extend well to the rooms. There is also a computer in the lobby area for general use by guests.
It may not be the most central, but I would stay here again. read more
