Hot chocolate, smoothies, cereals, and many more. Good breakfast and it's about $15 U.S. Dollars per person, more or less. The AC barely worked, and when we told the staff, it took forever for them to send someone to fix it. Meanwhile, the room felt like a sauna, completely unbearable. To make things worse, there were bugs in the room, which is disgusting and completely unacceptable for a hotel that markets itself as "luxury." We were sweating, uncomfortable, and disgusted, definitely not the relaxing vacation we had planned. We shouldn't have to deal with this kind of nonsense, especially not for the price we paid. I'm honestly so disappointed and frustrated. This experience has ruined our trip. Let this be your sign: Do NOT stay at Quinta Real. It's not worth your money, your time, or your sanity.
