Very nice Marriott property at the north end of Aguascalientes. Service was impeccable. From the valet to the bartender who got my wife a glass of milk at midnight. The room on the 15th floor was cozy. The views were stunning. We did think about the breakfast buffet, but at $20 USD per person,n we decided to skip. Lastly, very thankful for the late check-out of 3pm the next day. We would stay here again if and when we come back. read more

I was offered a room in a lower floor, but I requested a higher floor and they were very accommodating and they gave me almost the top floor, which was absolutely fantastic. The views were phenomenal. I had a minor issue with the air conditioning inside the room, but it was quickly fixed by the staff. read more

First off being greeted every day by Jairo in the from is amazing - he was willing to find all accommodations for you. the staff at the bar kept the drinks flowing and made sure our group had everything we need some of the names that come to mind are Marco, Ismael and Wilson. We came into town to complete my IVF treatment. I've never stayed at a Marriott before and the only reason why did on this trip was because it was recommended "the best in town" which is weird for a Marriott to be the best in town. Honestly it felt like we were staying at a cheap motel when it came to the rooms that we stayed in. We asked to change rooms and they tried to accommodate us on the second room but the shower was still filthy. They did add a robe, sewing kit, slippers, shower cap, coffee, etc. Which I think should be something that all rooms should be fully stocked on because the first room we were in didn't have those things. Which I really needed. We ended up checking out and moving to the Hilton Garden inn! Which we absolutely love! I told them the experience we had at the Marriott and they upgraded us to a suite and it's CLEAN, huge long floor windows and fabulous! I absolutely love the two full length mirrors they have in our suite. First off here are the cons for the Marriott: 1) Walls and doors were filthy full of fingerprints and brown stuff. 2) The glass shower was filthy and full of scum. 3) Shower floor tile was filthy and full of black old dirt. 4) Mold on the cracks of the wall tile. 5) The AC wasn't blowing cold air. They had maintenance come up and fix it but it kept breaking. 6) The lighting is awful and dark. 7) The towels were old, falling apart and a brown color. No longer white! 8) The shower head was harsh and was spraying in all different directions. It even ended up squirting me in my eye and it hurt really bad! Pros: 1) Nice pillows 2) Nice bell boys 3) Nice front desk workers 4) Waiters at their little restaurant were nice but the food is not good. Except for the chilaquiles, those were so good! I also thought it was funny how they made me wear a mask just to walk 2 feet to our breakfast table but they can't keep clean rooms. Guys do not stay at the Marriott! This is a very nice and brand new hotel. All the areas are modern and sharp. Hotel is very clean and service is exceptional. They have a swimming pool with a gorgeous scenery, a lounge that is relaxing with music on the background. There is a bar in the lobby area where you can have a couple of drinks before going to bed. And the restaurant is also impressive. The buffet has a lot of different options with tasty Mexican food. I nice place to stay in Aguas! read more
