We were sweating, uncomfortable, and disgusted, definitely not the relaxing vacation we had planned. We shouldn't have to deal with this kind of nonsense, especially not for the price we paid. Since it is located in one of the city's nicest areas, there are no security issues here. No, if you add to this that this place has a lot of amenities inside, you don't have to actually walk or drive out. Breakfast is great, a lot of variety and with waited service. It was just a plain regular, which was an accommodating considering I have a family of five it wouldn't switch his rooms. The refrigerator did not work. We've told them about the refrigerator four times. They kept telling us that they would come and fix it and never came overall it was just horrible. And we also told them about the lack of hot water which there was none at all.
