The sensations occurred on different parts of my body, and I also developed a bump on my arm that had not been there before. I was concerned that there could be bedbugs or another problem with the bedding, although I cannot confirm the exact cause because the hotel did not inspect the room in my presence. I reported the issue to the front desk and asked to be moved, but I was told that no other room was available. I therefore left and did not spend the night. The bathroom was also dirty, which added to my concerns about the overall cleanliness of the room. I paid $121.01 for a room I could not comfortably or safely use. Despite leaving within only a few hours and reporting the problem, the property has not authorized a refund through Expedia. Expedia offered me a small amount of OneKeyCash, but travel credit does not equal what I paid and does not compensate me for losing $121.01 through no fault of my own. I expected much better cleanliness, concern for guest safety, and customer service from a Hampton by Hilton property. I would not recommend this location based on my experience, and I strongly encourage future guests to thoroughly inspect their room and bedding before settling in. DO NOT BOOK A STAY HERE.

There were stains on the bed, the blinds wouldn't close, and there was a bright light through the window. The smoke detector was torn out, wires were coming out. Moreover, the toilet seemed like there was a chocolate or poop stain on the seat, but it was just worn down or sanded down. Why would they sand down the toilet seat??? The girls were scared and had a hard time sleeping. My daughter even woke up around 5 am to ask, "Can we go home now?" I'm glad I was drunk that I was able to sleep through the horror. Deposit was only like $70 and they will refund you back the money once you have checked out, got my money back instantly like the next day! All really depends on what bank you have tbh. Walking in our room the room smelled really clean, I check the room to see if everything is clean and everything checked out good! We never sleep in the covers EVER! We always bring our own bed cover and blankets, we feel more comfortable sleeping that way! Surprisingly this place was really low key and very clean! Honestly shocked because you know Antioch isn't really like suburbs far from it it's like a mini Oakland!
