I witnessed a tall lady staff call out guests for walking out of the breakfast hall with coffee or half eaten sandwich on hand. Her approach was rude in my opinion and for sure the hotel guest was embarrassed. It was uncomfortable to see. There could have been a better way to handle that, she needs training. You dont have to be a 5 star hotel to practice kindness and respect. 1 star for location. It was far away from the city center but close to grocery and train station. Unfortunately, i do not recommend staying in this hotel.

It was nothing like American bacon, it had a weird twang to it. OJ was exceptional but it was in a box so 3.5 stars for that. Also not to be weird or anything but my bathroom door was translucent/see through. I had to hang a blanket from the door for privacy. I would consider adding a roof top pool to up this review to 5 stars. Also I couldn't use the employee elevator which made it difficult for me considering I have walking problems.

Her friendly demeanor and helpful attitude made a real difference to our experience. Massive kudos to her for being a shining example of excellent hospitality. The breakfast each morning was fantastic and had wide spread with quality options. Even more commendable was the breakfast team who not only managed service efficiently but also took time to interact with children. This thoughtful gesture allowed parents a much-needed break to enjoy their meal, which we really appreciated. Though compact, the gym was well equipped and functional, with everything you'd need for a decent workout while traveling. I made full use of it during our stay, and it served its purpose very well. The hotel itself is in a convenient location and overall, it holds up to Hilton's standards in terms of its design. Unfortunately, a few issues did impact our overall experience and had an indelible mark on us. The air conditioning in our room did not work as expected, which made the nights uncomfortable. A more frustrating experience involved the laundry facilities. The dryer stopped working mid-cycle, leaving our clothes wet and it kept popping the message that the filter needs to be cleaned. The hotel staff provided us with an exclusive access card to retrieve them later, but the process quickly became confusing. Initially, we were told there was a backup dryer available for guest use, but this was later contradicted when we were informed it was used solely for hotel linens and towels. When we finally received our clothes the next morning, not only did one of my shirts go missing (which we thankfully recovered after some searching by the staff), but we also received someone else's clothes in our batch which we returned to the front desk. To make matters worse, our clothes looked quite worn out and ragged after the wash, which was disappointing. Attributing to the issues with the dryer and us trying so many times and for about 3-4 hours our itinerary for the next day got completely messed up as we got up late and we missed a few spots that we were supposed to visit. Bummer indeed!! The stay turned out to be a mixed bag more towards the bad side in general.
