The manager refused to speak with me and head office says there's nothing they can do about it since it's all up to the elusive manager... Definitely will never stay at a best western again!

When we received our room key, we were happy to be on the third floor and the room looked great when we walked in but when I set up my CPAP the power bar in my side of the bed wasn't working-- a whole power bar not working so I plugged my machine directly into the outlet and it wasn't working either - that was quite frustrating. After that experience I was sitting on the throne and looked at the sink and saw two bobby pins there --yuck!!! The bed had five pint-size pillows. While showering I was standing in ankle-high was cuz of the slow drain. Paying 180$ for that room wasn't worth it and we will never stay there again The only good thing about the room were the room-darkening curtains
