I'd b3 happier if the just gave me the chips and were honest about it or I could've waited for them to make the order right, but no! They have to deceive. Added to that front of house staff not particularly friendly and order is rarely ready when they say it will be. If this was my business they'd be some P45s flying around. I ordered recently and the new driver called me to say he would be 3 minutes so I went down to meet him. As I live in apartments I have to use a lift to get down, which sometimes can take a few minutes. The driver kept calling me saying where are you so I had to keep on saying I was on my way. When I got down to meet him I apologised for the time it took me to get down and all I then got was some lip off the idiot trying to be funny with me saying Well Other People Have Food To Be Delivered. Customer service at it's best. I called the shop up about this imbecile they had delivering for them and all I got was a few apologies when you can tell they really don't give a feck. I said I'd wait 30 minutes more then I will cancel. I was pretty lenient but they were testing my patience when the food turned up 2 hours 15 minutes after I had first ordered.

Always lovely and fresh and usually prepared pretty quickly, even though things get very busy during the wend. The Menu is extensive with all of the usual suspects available and some individual specialities. There is a fantastic chilli chicken dish, similar to a stir fry and this is to die for! Everything else is divine too and never too oily like some. Yang's is exceptionally clean and really cares about keeping the Customer happy. It also does deliver, which is great. I would have understood, it's a busy night, you're running late, even if I am ravenous... Onto the food! Personally, I didn't like the sweet chilli beef as I found it too much for my own personal taste. I have a really sensitive palate, though, and a couple of my companions really did like it, so it really was a matter of personal taste. I found the onions to be too much, as well as the sweetness and richness of the sauce. I couldn't get through it. The barbecue on the ribs is not the barbecue most of us all know and love, it is a Chinese variety and was a bit strange to my palate. Who knows, you may love it. Chips were good, prices were reasonable. Don't hate me, but I don't know what they exactly were. In terms of the restaurant, I've never had the personal inclination to have a meal here, simply because of how dark and dingy it looks from the outside, but I could be judging a book by its dark and dingy cover, and could be missing out on something special.
