The black beans (3 tsp for tonight and leftovers for tomorrow) had a good texture, as did the boiled sweet potato. This is legit healthy as it doesn't have the matshmallow and calorie inducing fluff of the erstwhile healthy fast food place. I passed on the broccoli as a matar of personal preference - maybe let us pick the veggies - but the sliced carrots that came with the order were yummy as well. And then when I asked if it comes from a farm, they said yes and didn't elaborate about which farms when I asked. When I called the customer service, they also gave me a generic response and couldn't point out to which farms they are actually referring, and which produce are being sourced from what farms.
