Lacked communication and transparency of cost and details. - Never communicated a need to change the day and time until after our scheduled appointment. I've hired them to cut down my tall zebra grass plants, pull weeds, rake leaves, etc. General yard work. Twice last summer they came out to pull a bunch of tiny creeping weeds in all of my flower beds. You know those invasive weeds that creep along the ground? I showed them exactly what to pull out and they cleaned up all of my flower beds. They helped with fall cleanup too. They have always arrived on time and went right to work without wasting any time. I walk around my house and show them exactly what I want to be done and then they get to work. Once they are done working, the owner of the company sends you an invoice which you can pay online. Finally, every time I've reached out to the owner to schedule work I have gotten a quick response and the work scheduled reasonably quick--normally within a day or two. I normally text him with my request, name, address and that's all I have to do.

Also during the install of the pump, they only put back 2 of the 4 bolts that hold the pump down - they said I didn't need 4 apparently they were difficily to access. Furthermore, they left 3 screws that held the cover on sticking out not tightened. Based on that, the service they provided made me question their workmanship and integrity. I feel that they took advantage of me. Would not ever use them again !!
