They also provide amazing 3D printing services, and have several awesome projects on display. The staff there are super friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. The mini arcade downstairs is super fun and, as of writing this review, only costs $5 per person for unlimited play that day, which is a steal honestly. They also have tables and seating downstairs used for special weekly events and tournaments, and their also available for use when those aren't in session. Speaking of, they have a huge selection of demo board games that you can try out or just play downstairs *free of charge*! To top it all off, they live up to their name and keep things friendly friendly, with several reminders around the store and downstairs area to refrain from foul language. We went thru every box near the particular shoe and couldn't find it anywhere. However, online it showed there was 1 pair left in the correct color and size. As we were heading to leave the store, Andrew approached us in a different section of the store and asked if we needed any help. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately went back to the shoe section and within 2 minutes he'd found the shoes we looked for for almost an hour! They were in a spot high up on a shelf and totally away from the display shoe. Andrew was so friendly and quick to help! It absolutely made my day to have him find the shoes we'd given up on finding! My mom and I were at my local mall shopping for school clothes and we had decided to stop by DICK's to see if they had any sales or just overall good deals on items that I would be interested in buying. One of the main things that I had wanted to purchase was a pair of Nike joggers, so I went to the female Nike section and was immediately drawn to a pair of thermal, gray sweats. It just so happened to be that these jogging pants were marked down to $38.99, according to the clearance sticker that they had attached to their tag. My mom and I decided to go ahead and purchase these pants along with two other items. After we made it through the first half of the checkout process everything went downhill. The employee told us that our total was more than it should have been, so my mom asked how much our items had rang up for and the prices were correct until we got to the pants. The employee then proceeded to inform us that the pants had rang up as $50.99. My mom and I told her that they were supposed to cost $38.99 and she had another employee go look at the tags on the other pairs of pants to see if they were the same price. The employee who was looking at the other pant tags walks back to the register and says that the only pair of pants that are marked down are the ones that we are checking out. My mom tells both of the employees that she will just take the other two items that we had purchased, but the cashiers completely disregard that she is even talking to them and start talking amongst themselves about how something about the situation that was taking place was strange and that they needed to call for a manager. At this point, they were flat out insinuating that my mother and I had switched the tags on the pants and another item to try and steal a few dollars from the store. The cashiers gave us dirty looks and made several sly comments toward us, one example being: "They sure did get a "steal" deal on these.," referring to the pants. We ended up receiving the pants for their listed price, but we have never felt so disrespected in our lives. I spend a lot of money at this store, but I refuse to step foot in it ever again.

Horrible customer service. We visited Crossroads Chevy in beckley. We wanted to look / test drive a…read moresmaller suv. No one came outside to greet us. We went in to ask to test drive the suv; we were only talked to by the receptionist who then called a lady up to speak to us. She never even told us her name!! Immediately asks us why we aren't in the system (we had never been there before and already made it clear). Finally brings us the car to test drive and driving off the lot we realize the brakes are grinding. Literally no brake pads just metal on metal. Continuing the test drive we realize the windshield is cracked. Upon that realization the car would show a notification stating "manually set 20mph warning threshold exceeded" every time the car would hit 20mph. We asked about the brakes and got the response "that is just caused by the car sitting on the lot. nothing we could fix". Then we asked about the windshield and we were told it could be fixed. We asked about the 20mph notification and got told it was set by whoever had the car before it was on the lot. I am extremely mad about this interaction because the car should already be fully inspected and those things should have been told to us prior to a test drive and on top of that she blamed the brakes on "sitting on the lot for to long." They are asking for a lawsuit letting people test drive unsafe cars. we will never be going back. If it would let me put zero stars i would. She was extremely unprofessional.

The employees allowed me to purchase an earring much too small for a brand new piercing within my earlobe. Given that I have not gotten an ear piercing in many years, I was not aware of what size would be suitable for this procedure. After less than 2 weeks of having my new piercing, and following the correct procedures to care for the piercing and clean it, to my dismay, I found that the gem of the earring sank into my earlobe and a layer of skin had grown over it. This caused a scab to form over the layer of skin. I managed to push the gem back through, but the experience was both painful and time consuming. If this establishment and the staff they hire claim to be professionals in this field, they are sadly mistaken.

Jean Ann's is one of the few formal ware stores in our area. I went with my daughter to pick out a…read moreprom dress in early February. We found one and put down a deposit of $130. Then COVID hit - all the events were cancelled, and unfortunately we can not use the dress. We got a letter yesterday from them giving us three options - pay off and pick up the dress (they did offer a 20% discount with that option), pay $50 a month till it was paid off, or "forfeit" my deposit and they will put the dress back on the rack for sale. Since they will be putting it back for sale - at the full price - I asked for a refund of my deposit, and was told no. So, I guess that $130. is just going to pad their profit on that particular dress. It's not a good way to do business, and they've lost a customer that has bought from them in the past. They have the big fish in a small pond mentality, so they feel they can treat people any way they want to. Nice dresses don't erase good customer relations
