I bought a set of new rims for my ES 350 and I absolutely love them! Communication and organization was on point, he let gave me an estimated timeline for when I should expect the rims and even got them in for me a day earlier!! Also had some damage done to one at the shop while installing, which was super unfortunate ( NOT XTREME, different shop!!!) but Steve was still able to get me a new replacement rim in no time at all! Truly an awesome experience and super encouraging when you're looking to make some important changes to your car. I highly recommend this place!!!

He replaced the part, steam cleaned my car (it was immaculate when I bought it from him). The client service they give you (repair, cleaning, rental or auction deals) is the stunning.They really worry about their reputation in a competitive marketpace BUT they go way overboard on expectations. I have known Al for 30 years when I bought my first car ( a Dune Buggy) and he fixed it for me. I was just a 17 year-old kid but he took care of me and always gave me a break. More importanty, he is honest and a great advisor for the next one. Craig

    Great car wash experience for as little or as much as you want. The base exterior washes are a…read moredecent price. Loved the full brush wash to get all of the bugs off after a long trip. The best part of it is the self-serve cleaning options for after. Make sure you book yourself some time after the wash to use the $3 self-serve professional cleaning area. Professional grade equipment, micro fibre cloths, mat cleaners, tire detailing equipment, and vacuums galore. If you want, you can get the full service where they do it for you, but the extra cost didn't seem worth it for the time I was there, as the interior wasn't too bad. We just used the mat cleaners, tire washing, quick vacuum and wipe-down of the interior surfaces. Also, if you need, keep your receipt because you can get a re-wash within 72 hours. I would have given it a 5 star, but there wasn't a lot of direction on the tire detailing service I paid for. I found out after we went through the self-serve area that for this, we would have to go through the full detailing section, and by that point we had already done it ourselves. Overall, can't complain - I just wish there was one of these much closer to home for us!

The manager kept saying our service station won't do that . Why your service station is out of the world and you are living in denial ? If anyone goes to get their car washed make sure make a video and take pics and then enter the car wash and after check your car . They won't accept it but at least you will know that they are lying .

    Worst service we have EVER received from Hyundai in 15 years (usually deal with Kitchener Hyundai…read morewhere we have never had an issue). Out of convenience, we took our vehicle to Cambridge Hyundai for service on two recalls and a warranty issue. Hyundai never had a problem taking our deductible from us and failed to tell us our part was not in despite being ordered a week in advance in plenty of time for it to be there for our service. No call to state it had not arrived. We took our vehicle in on 27/12/2017. Received a call stating the part had not arrived as the orders had not come in??? Next day, received another call stating the part came in damaged??? Next day, part came in and was installed. Not having our vehicle for three days over the holidays meant re arranging our schedule to suit Cambridge Hyundai's lack of service standards (also given we have a family member in hospital who needed tending to aside from other obligations). When my husband went to pick up the vehicle (shuttle did not show up at time requested and no call)...the vehicle would not start because the technician left the interior light on. My husband had to take a loaner, go do an errand, and then go back again to pick up the vehicle, which was only "close" to a full charge on the battery. To top it off, the technician could not find our keys. They hung on the board behind him with the name "clark" on the tag. Our name is not clark. Also, advisor sent an elderly person out to find her car with the wrong keys. She had to come back. Why did someone not go get her car??? NEVER AGAIN Cambridge Hyundai will we come to this location for anything. No compensation provided for our inconvenience either. This is not good customer service.
