We ordered drinks from her and she pretty much slammed it on the counter. After that, she never came around to check on us to see if we wanted to order food. We wait for at least 10 to 15 minutes and had to get the attention of the hostess for us to order food. I saw her and Alexis other side of the bar chitchatting. She was standing there playing with her hair, brushing it out with her fingers which I think is inappropriate, especially in the food service area. Then another customer came in and sat next to us. when Felicity approached her, She introduced herself and the other server and was very polite to her. I really did not want to leave a tip, but the only reason why I did is because Alexis was very consistent polite and nice to us. She always came over to check on us to see if we needed anything.

The vibe was laid-back with just the right amount of energy, and the real MVP of my visit was my server, April. She was kind, attentive, and super quick -- exactly what you want when you're hungry and short on time. She even whipped up a strawberry margarita that was honestly better than a few I've had at full-blown cocktail bars. (Not pictured, but trust me -- it was GOOD.) My only gripe was not receiving all flats, even though the restaurant charges extra for that option. For some reason, the promo doesn't allow you to request all flats or all drums unless you're paying full price -- which feels a bit off, especially since they already have a system in place to accommodate wing style preferences. A small detail, but one worth noting if you're particular about your wings. All in all, it was a great experience. The wings were crispy and flavorful, the service was excellent. Looks like BWW just made its way back into my rotation.
