What a meal! My son in law took my daughter and I to Hot Pot 757 for Mother's Day this year and I have to say, I loved everything. Our server was wonderful, the ambiance is very intimate and family-friendly, and the food is delicious. We went for lunch and were full well after dinner time passed. Can't recommend this place enough.

Food was tasty... it was our first time having hot pot and had 3 kids with us so it was a little overwhelming but they explained everything to us so we knew what to expect. The service was really good and the server was quick and helpful. Naturally being in a building with a bunch of boiling soup and bbq grills.. it was quite toasty in there which made everyone pretty warm so I'd recommend not wearing sweaters in there like we did lol but other than that it was decent and clean inside. Bubble tea was tasty but pearls were a little firm for my liking.

Fantastic food options, service is very accommodating and knowledgeable. I love the cleanliness and the vibe here. They help you if you need assistance too! Oh and they got a really good Long Island Ice Tea.

Went to Hot Pot 757 with some friends to eat supper and one of our friends has not been to this restaurant, so we were excited to show her what it's about. We were seated in a booth and was greeted by Rolan our waiter. He was extremely friendly and answered any questions that we might have had. After scanning the extensive menu, and placing our hot pot and Korean bbq orders as well as the pots of broth, the grill was lit up and while waiting for our orders, we ventured to the sauce bar and the salad and fruit bar. We were able to grab some salad, lightly pickled daikon, kimchee, and seaweed salad, as well as make our dipping sauces for our meat and hot pot concoctions. All four of us had a great time making our individualized hot pots filled with dumplings, meats, and veggies, and grilling meat, seafood, and veggies. The ingredients we received were plentiful, very fresh, and it is great how large of a variety there is to choose from, all delicious! Rolan made sure to check in on us often putting in more orders that we requested, making sure we didn't have any questions about anything, changing our grill so it's not too smoky, and making sure that our drinks were filled. He was a great server! After we ate we got some fresh fruit from the bar, and some cold treats from the deep freezer. It was a wonderful way to end a great meal! Highly recommend hot pot 757!!!

My first Hot Pot experience and I enjoyed it very much! So many has popped up in our area so it was hard to pick which one to go to first. I am so glad this was my first pick! I had an awesome waitress that walked us through everything, the menu, the little buffet and the sauce area. She even made our dipping sauce for us. The good thing about this place is that the soup and the BBQ were included in the price. So it made it worth. The meat, seafood and veggie options are plentiful for everyone to find something to try out. The hot pot can be individually controlled so when it was at a boil I was able to turn it off. The BBQ plate can be switched out as needed as it gets a little burnt due to the seasoning/marination of the meat. And my waitress was on it too! There's cake and ice cream for after dinner but I was so full I didn't get to that... Oh and if you have any leftovers, they will allow you to bring it home for a fee. I think it was $10, but it has to fit in the to go container they give you. Overall, it's a great place to hang out with family and friends and cook!

Service and food was great. Went on Thanksgiving.Everyone from greeting us, serving us and the lady that changed out the bbq grill was very helpful and nice. We will definitely be back

Eh. If you want to know if I'd go again... probably not. It was our first time to Korean BBQ here. We've been to Korean BBQ before, just not in this area. So, the server assumed we had been there previously based on our conversation even though I had said it was our first time. So, nothing was explained. I didn't realize we had to go get our own plates and silverware from the middle buffet area. So, this was an awkward start. We had to ask for things multiple times before we'd get them. I didn't personally love the flavors they used in the marinades, it could just be I'm used to something different. I usually love Korean food, just not a fan of these. We ordered the crab legs at dinner but our server informed us that only 1 cluster was included per person. I was surprised since I had called the day before to verify the crab legs were also AYCE. He asked his manager and confirmed that they are AYCE. They do come out cold and we found it hard to figure out how to heat them up on the BBQ. Again, there was no instruction but it seemed like common sense anyway. We decided it wasn't worth the effort and just ate them cold. Everything took a very long time. They automatically add in an 18% gratuity for parties of 5 or less and 20% for parties of 6 or more. When you get your receipt back to sign there is also a line to add a tip. So, just pay attention. We got strawberry shaved ice for dessert. My son loved it but it seems a little silly since the toppings are pretty limited. Oh! Napkins. Cloth napkins would be a great addition! Either that or more quality paper napkins. The ones they have don't help much, they're super thin, and we were making a mess with those crab legs. We were also informed that they got rid of all of their crab crackers since the scissors had a spot in the middle you could use. It was pretty complicated for my 7yo so I ended up doing all the cracking. I definitely won't bring my whole family here... it'd be too much work for Mom. My son got a kick out of me paying to cook. Lol. I definitely don't want to add in chasing down sauces. Overall it was pretty meh. Lacking in flavor... maybe that's where the sauces come in but I have a hurt foot and I was about to try all the sauces there to figure it out. Other Korean BBQ places we've been to bring the sauces to you so I was unprepared for the buffet style.

My family and I had a nice time here. The food was tasty with plenty of options to choose from. There are times you do have to wait since it is busy and everyone wants to try everything. It is a fun way to spend time with your family or friends. Check them out!

The hot pot portion of the food is really great! my family and I eat here quite often. The korean bbq is hit or miss, but when it hits, it hits! Service is inconsistent and depends on what section you are seated in / which server you get. Some are exemplary and some forget to check in on you. I don't know where they get the fruits they put on the salad bar but the fruits are ALWAYS juicy and perfectly ripe.

Love the vibes of this location! It is very spacious. I am amazed at what they did with this place considering that I remember this location being Greenbrier buffet (Chinese buffet) and way before that Old Country Buffet. Lol. If you knew what I know, you'd be amazed too!! Our server was Emily, who my parents apparently request every time they go. She is very nice and personable. A plus is that she is Filipino like us so I get why they request her. The offerings that they have are plentiful for KBBQ and Hot Pot. We didn't get hot pot and just stuck with kbbq. The amount that they give you is great to start with. I noticed that for our second round, the amount was less. Even though we ordered all the same things minus the chicken from the first time. Not sure if that is the norm since I didn't get a chance to ask. But it is AYCE and we went 2 hours to closing. So maybe that is why! My favorite was the 757 angus steak. I regret not getting the NY strip. I just forgot since I was juggling cooking with my moody toddler. Lol. The beef bulgogi was good. I'd prefer it to be a little sweeter since that is how I'm used to bulgogi being... but it was still seasoned well enough to enjoy. I didn't really care for the spicy chicken bulgogi.... Probably will not be ordering chicken the next time I go. I liked the garlic shrimp as well (forgot to snap a photo of it). The sauce bar is well-stocked! Right next to it, they have a bar with some fruit (honey dew, pineapples, and grapes), a cake in the shape of a circle, kimchi, radish, and seaweed salad. I believe they had one more thing but can't remember what that was! I definitely had their kimchi and seaweed salad - both on point and a great addition to my meal. Overall, this was a great experience. I'm so happy that my hometown finally has a Hot Pot and KBBQ spot. I hope this place is here to stay!!!!

Came here with a friend of mine who absolutely loves hot pot. I had actually never had it before,…read moreso I had zero idea what I was in for. But honestly, it turned out to be such a fun and tasty experience! For anyone who hasn't tried it: hot pot is basically a big simmering pot of soup right at your table where you cook all your own food. You pick all your ingredients from soup, veggies, meats, noodles, mushrooms, whatever you want and drop them into the hot broth to cook. It's super customizable and kind of like a mix between soup and DIY cooking right at the table, which is actually a blast once you get the hang of it. We both went with a hot, spicy soup base which was perfect for warming up on a cold day. I threw in broccoli, mushrooms, ribeye, and noodles. The best part is watching everything cook right in front of you and then pulling it out when it's just right. The broth soaks up all those flavors and gets even richer as you go. The flavors were amazing! Really bold and satisfying. The spicy broth was exactly what I needed, and everything we added came out perfectly cooked and delicious. It was warm and cozy, which made the whole thing even better since it felt like the ultimate cold weather meal. I look forward to retuning and trying something completely different!

Clearing the table of our empty plates could have been more attentive, although it improved about halfway through the meal. The sauce bar was clearly labeled with dozens of options. There are many different broths available, plenty of proteins, though I would have preferred leaner cuts of beef. Don't miss the included cold appetizer options and deserts. I thought that someone had spilled fish sauce in the men's room but I found that the issue was that the urinal didn't flush. I'll pass on the fish sauce next visit!

When we arrived around 8:30pm, it was about a 30 minute wait but we assumed it was because of the Valentine weekend. Once we were seated, our server quickly greeted us and provided the run down of the food items for us to choose from. I absolutely loved how we were able to order our food right from the tablet at our table. It made ordering very convenient and the food was served pretty quickly. We tried some of everything, the Spicy Beef Bulgogi, Spicy Chicken, Sliced Ribeye, Garlic Pork Belly, Calamari and Scallops to name a few. We also ordered the Gyoza, a few sushi rolls and white & fried rice. After we ordered, we went to the sauce bar to grab our sauces and the area was very dirty. Some of the sauces were empty as well. They should have someone on sauce duty to keep that area clean because it was disgusting! I chose what I could and we headed back to our table. The food was fresh with the exception of the seafood, I wasn't a fan! My favorite was the Spicy Beef Bulgogi! Unfortunately, it did take a while for our server to change out the grill after we finished cooking. At one point, we both started coughing because the grill was smoking profusely as we waited for it to be changed out lol. Overall, I would give 3.5 stars. Our server was very friendly and the food was pretty good but I would probably try another Korean BBQ spot next time.

I will say that I have been to multiple locations, this one was the lowest in quality. The Buffett bar wasn't labeled correctly in the sauces area, and the hot items available were not good. Fries??? My coworker nd I were just talking about how good the chicken is usually at kpot but not this location. Service was horrible, the server was trying to be friendly which is great, but there was like 3 people in the place, and I am sure that the other person eating was a worker on their break. So it shouldn't have taken very long to get drinks and to service us, I ended up having to get everything myself, all utensils, soup ladles, extra plates. There was only 3 people in the building eating there should be no reason for us not to be checked on, or sodas refilled. The server that brought our food out, practically threw the food on the table, we were trying to make space for everything and he was holding a bowl of rice and I guess we took to long and he pretty much slammed it on the table and walked away, and we told the server this and he said that he was made about something, which is not an excuse for this to have happened! Fried rice was horrible! White rice seemed to have been served awhile ago and it was hard on top. Everyone in the building wasn't paying attention to anything, I waited for 10 mins to my bill checked out at my table, I went to the restroom which is another story! And my bill and card still hadn't been picked up from the table, I told my friend let's go and walked to the front thinking someone would finally come but no, they didn't I stood there looking for someone, could've walked right out and they wouldn't have noticed us gone. But I am not that kind of person, and I stood there waiting for my bill to be rung up. Bathroom had no soap! How are employees washing their hands! All the utensils pilled up, 90% of them looked like they needed to be rewashed, and there was a mildew smell coming from that area, take it all down and clean it! I love KPOT, and haven't had an experience like this at any other location, I hope this helps this location take a look at the details!

I didn't even know they had these tables until it was too late and we were getting our food from the buffet already. We came from out of town to visit family so we didn't get to talk much since our tables were separated. As for the hot pot the soup bases were a bit salty. We got the Szechuan Spicy and the Japanese Miso. The portions were small when ordering the dishes so we had to order multiple times. Sauce bar was plenty and cooked appetizers were good. Dessert section my kids were of course happy about since they love Melona bars. Getting our waitress to refill our waters took a long time, I had to go and look for her to get it. In NYC normally when our soup base is running low they offer to refill it but this place didn't. Not sure if it's a VA thing but getting our waitress was a pain to get a hold of so we didn't even bother asking for a refill.

Last time I came it, it was empty. This time me and my mom came hefe on a Saturday night, the restaurant was not full but it was busy! We had to wait for about 30 minutes since we wanted to do bbq (where the grill is installed on the table, and not all tables look like that), but there's no wait if you're not doing bbq. The staff were quick and nice. There are bells next to our table and we can use that bell to ask for service, what a great idea! We ordered Korean pancake with seafood, spicy tofu soup with beef(comes with rice), Galbi (bbq short ribs)(comes with rice), and a grape flavored soju. Just like other Korean restaurants, we were provided with unlimited banchans and salad, and they were all fresh and delicious. The Korean pancake is HUGE. It's also not too much breading but full of leeks and onion, and it was thin and crispy. The Spicy Tofu Soup with beef tasted decent, but I'd like more beef in it. The Galbi was good portion (2 long pieces, 1 small pieces and 2 bones with some meat on) and the marinade tasted good, but I still think $44 is a tad high. The only star was taken off is really the price for the bbq meat. I can see premium protein could be charged higher, but pork, chicken and flat iron steak are some cheaper cut that I personally think is a bit high. I might come back during lunch time to take advantage of their lunch menu tho!
