The store was organized really well and had cute items throughout. One nice thing I noticed is they had plenty of the items displayed in the windows- it's always a bummer when you fall in love with something and then there are only a couple in the store. That's not the case here. There are dressing rooms in the back and the staff were helpful and friendly. They also were playing Taylor Swift which I appreciated.

Prices were on the high end but the products unusual so splurge-worthy. I went in there the other day and it looked like the buyers are now about 17 years old. Clothes you would find at the mall perhaps. The cashier was about 17 or 18 years old chatting with a group of her high school friends admiring torn jeans and tank tops. The vibe has changed somewhat and maybe that was their intention. I just think with Mayfair close by we have enough, Hot Topic and Ragstock's that it's not necessary to bring a satellite of those stores to the Wauwatosa Village.

Date of visit: December 11, 2023…read more I haven't been to a Burlington in forever but I see that I am not really missing anything after visiting this sad, shambolic outlet! Outside of the security guard, saying hello as I entered, there were no other employee interactions. The ones I did see actively avoided the customers on the salesfloor. Merchandise littered the floor in nearly every aisle, it was like they hadn't attempted to recover from Black Friday all this time later. I did find something that I wanted to purchase, but the line was incredibly long and after five minutes of waiting and the line not moving, I gave up and--unlike apparently every other customer that has ever visited this store--I put the item I wanted back where I found it. It's likely to be years before I try another Burlington again!

Looking for something you need is like a treasure hunt! Photo below was taken around 5-6pm and every time I come here, the lines are always this long. I came back today a little before noon to return something but the line was even longer than in the photo, so I just left and will come back hopefully when it's less busy. Long story short, just like the reviewer below, if you have time to spare to search through their stuff then you might find some good deals. Also make sure you're willing to wait in line for about 15 mins. Otherwise you're better off going to Ross next door which usually has shorter lines.

Ladies, Ladies, Get…read moreyour act together. Ugh...I usually love going into your boutique! I think one of the owners has the most adorable little dog and I always look forward to her. Today, like the last few times I have been to your store, the same bratty little sales associate has been there. Today, July 30, the young lady with brunette hair tucked up in a bun was a nightmare. Now, I am not a stickler for customer service, but for the love, child, say hello to your patrons. I had my hands full of merchandise and not once did she ask if she could start me a dressing room. I had to run out during my "try-on" session and still nothing. She didn't check on me once and I was so annoyed by the end of trying things on, the pieces I liked I chose not to purchase. All she had to do was acknowledge me. I guess my $400.00 just wasn't welcomed. I'm not sure that I will visit any more after my last few experiences. There are plenty of other boutiques in the Third Ward and around Milwaukee who are much more accommodating and welcoming to their customers.

Five Hearts is a great addition to the Third Ward! The store itself is absolutely gorgeous. The pricing structure was more reasonable than most boutiques in the area. I got one sweater and a sweater dress for about $80 each. The owners were knowledgeable and very sweet. Definitely worth checking out for unique pieces as well as every day staples.
