Picturesque is an understatement when describing the beauty of the village's terracotta tiled roofs, winding cobblestone streets, and views of Santa Maria Collegiate Church. We booked a double room with a view for about 90 euros in October (off season) and had a great room with fantastic juliet balcony overlooking the church. The room was the standard European small size, but very cheerfully decorated and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included in the rate and served starting at 8:30 AM and was amazing: eggs, ham, cheese, yogurt, cereal, toast, fruit, coffee, tea, juice, muffins. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly; I would definitely stay here again. One note on planning your visit; although we benefited from it being off season in that it was not crowded (it gets very crowded in July and August I was told) most of the restaurants were closed while we were there. There were about three or four options, but that was it.
