Good but not great. The rooms are actually pretty good, the location is close to the city center and bus station. Staff are good, just not available 24/7 (this is because Brno is small compare to Prague). Bathroom is big and clean as well. My only big problem for my stay was they have locals staying there, two guys were super drunk in my room and one smelled really bad, I had to ask for a new room which the staff did right away.
