I had what is called complex ptsd. I locked the windows with cans of soda, I moved my bed around, and I heard every leaf blowing in the wind. I was given a private room to heal. I was given a machine to filter out the background noise. Slowly, at my own pace, I was built back up to the strong woman I knew myself to be. The staff is hand-picked for your situation. I've been combative, rude, mean, and outright selfish whenever I felt fear, I would act this out. The advocates never took their hands from around me, healing, they continued to build me. 6 months later, I am a business owner. Turning Pointe has donated cars to me to fit the needs of my journey. They have supported me in a way I have never in my life. I go to therapy, I'm healing daily. This place has encouraged me to build myself into the person I have always wanted to be. I'm no victim, I'm a strong survivor of a horrible, violent assault from my husband. I was stripped down by him and now built up stronger than I have ever been. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING, THANK YOU TP

He knows everyone in all walk. His insight and loyalty is honest in an unpredictable system makes him the best man you need next to you to achieve your goal. He works hard and gives respect towards his clients never late or prepared to sing your rights and personal praise. Robert is old school no BS and only promise legally ability's based on client status and dependability . Robert Brungard works with you and respect the process and dance of legal action . If he believes that you need another lawyer it's because he believes each case benifits from specific legal process To be completely honest with that many years practicing law without men like Brungard there would be no security of innocence

I was told not to speak at the Trial because he knew his job well, and we would surely beat the charges, he has many years of experience, I trusted him, and I paid him. Mr. Brungardt did not meet with me before the trial to discuss anything, and when the Trial date arrived he didn't even tell my side of the story, much less try to defend me, I wrote him notes during the trial about things that the witnesses were saying that were untrue, he never even questioned them. He made no attempts at telling my story whatsoever, he didn't defend me, he didn't even try. I was found Guilty on both charges. I asked him how do I appeal, his response to me was that I couldn't appeal it. Oh Yeah, WATCH ME! At the very least I will be asking some serious questions to the Powers that be, that give him the power to ruin peoples lives, rather than telling me that he would win my case, he should have said No, and suggest that I go elsewhere, if he wasn't going to even try to perform the duty that he was paid for. Mr. Brungardt was very friendly and likable, as well as being convincing. It really saddens me to have to write this less than stellar review. If you are facing a very serious charge that you don't want on your record then I have to suggest that you look elsewhere for your Legal support. I would have had a better chance if I would have defended myself, or at least demanded to be heard, rather than silenced. Don't trust YOUR FUTURE to someone who doesn't care, and if you must hire someone, please use YOUR VOICE. Learn from my mistake, believe me, it will be with me the rest of my Lifetime.

This guy is cancer. Buyer beware…read more A parenting plan dispute caused me to reach out this incompetent for representation. Every time he "represented" me in Thurston County Family Court it was a failure. He actually made things worse than if I had self-represented. Then after his numerous mistakes and courtroom bumblings, it turns out practicing law isn't the only thing he is really terrible at. He is also spectacularly bad at math. He was off by a whopping 25% on his estimate during our initial consult and written agreement. He wouldn't even explain how to comply with the court's order or give us a copy for that matter until we coughed up the extra dough he demanded. This guy will milk you for every dime and not do a single thing for you. By the way, my ex-wife and her twenty-something-year-old lawyer, she got everything she asked for. Completely mopped the floor with a guy who has been practicing law since well before she was born. It really would be sad if I wasn't out 10k. The court completely ignored my proposed plan in its entirety, written by James Boldt.
