We did make a reservation through the French app TheFork, which sometimes runs specials for this place, but mostly because you need a reservation since a place can get busy, especially during prime eating hours. I had the Tempura of Tuna wrapped in shisso leaf. Incredibly delicate and delicious. After that I enjoyed the mixed tempura with a delightful Ginger-Soy sauce. To top it off I had the Aloe Vera with Yuzu- Jam. Wow, I couldn't finish my drink in fear of washing away the taste of that. It is still in my mouth, hmmmmm A definite MUST go for any asian food lover. This is so unlike the mentioned Chinapanese food we get in Europe. This is the real deal! Do not miss this! I will be back!
