The hygienists and Dr. Nelson are all incredibly easy to talk to and understanding. I really don't cope well with the needles (or any mouth pain, really) and they always take extra time and care to ensure I'm comfortable. I have referred a number of friends and family here.

The hygienist (Brad) was so good with him. Made him feel comfortable and at ease, which was so comforting for both me and him! And then a few weeks later I chipped a tooth and needed it filed down. I was able to get in to see Dr. Nelson the next day (the receptionists were so quick to get me in!) and he did a great job at ensuring my tooth felt and looked great. The clinic is very clean and welcoming. There's a great little play place for kids to pass the time in the waiting room and the staff and friendly and genuinely care. Safe to say, we've found our dental family here at London Road Dental clinic.

Ended up with me owing them a dime. She pit it on record as owing. The next time I came in for a cleaning..in 3 months..the hygienist took 35 minutes with picks. Fast and easy. A 2 scale clean. I found out by another dentist later. I was charged the full amount of $ 240 dollars. Not knowing I got ripped off, the same front desk 'lady: said ok you still owe us a dime plus 290 dollars. She was always a horrible personality with me. I was raised polite and courteous. I called a new dentist. They informed me of the cheaper by $90 cleaning for less work. I brush 2 or 3 xs a day. Glad Ivory got there 10 cents and the extra 90 dollars. Just another predator. I ment to say 240 for the cleaning. A 2 level is 156.00 . An 74 dollar saving. I can use that. I'm retired on a small pension. 72 years old.

Dr Lachman removed 2 adjacent broken molars from my mouth yesterday, and the procedure took a…read morelittle longer than he expected, but I was kept comfortable through the entire process. I will be returning in 3 weeks to have more teeth removed in preparation for dentures. I am so happy to have found Cool Dental. The entire staff are so attentive to my wishes and needs. There are a lot of little things that make the entire experience enjoyable. One of these is having my name on the welcome board in the reception room. A friend of mine in Calgary is considering switching to Cool Dental in Lethbridge because of his bad dental experiences with Calgary clinics.

Everything from the initial meeting without any poking and prodding to the clear explanation of what has to happen where and in what time frame to the after care has made going to the dentist as relaxed as can be. I can't recommend them enough to the most nervous of people. I have never been to the dentist for regular check ups. But knowing Dr. Lachman and his excellent staff are here in Lethbridge, I'm going to change that. If it were possible, I'd give this boutique dentist office six stars out of five. They really deserve id.

Don't waste your time or money. I went with 1 tooth…read morebothering me - somehow was told I need 4 fillings. Was treated like I didn't exist while in the chair. Freezing came out of one tooth partially through and no one asked if I was ok. They just added more. After done was charged $1350 and STILL my tooth is bothering. I phoned and spoke with Dr. Jubber and he was rude and laughed at me at one point saying I had bad teeth so this wasn't unexpected in my case. Horrible treatment during and after!

I do not know the…read morewords to express my pleasure of this experience taking into account the inevitable discomfort. I will say I have had more discomfort with a 'cleaning' in other offices. On both visits I have had so far the dental assistants have been as friendly as a loving family taking time to note any clues towards anything out of the ordinary concerning your situation. Kudos' to some great ladies! 3 times Dr. Hall warned about an impending pinch. Only once did I feel the needle "pinching" my gum and it was very minor. During the entire visit I was often briefly distracted from reading the script and watching TV by Pauline's repeated apologies for 'odd sensations' and pain. Quite frankly the entire visit was a brief and sometimes slightly uncomfortable inconvenience to my day. Nothing more. Receiving a phone call at home the same evening (right about the time the freezing came out) from my new favorite dentist as a follow up was over the top as far as I am concerned. Dr. Pauline Hall actually does care as far as I can tell. My gum may be a bit sore at this moment but, again, I have felt far worse after a cleaning in the past than I do right now. Dr. Grover convinced me to change out all of my amalgam…read morefillings that still had some life in them for white plastic ones, only to find out that they were poorly applied and leaking; these all had to be replaced ONLY 2 YEARS later. This cost me two thousand plus in unnecessary services. When I tried to contact the office about some kind of warrenty they would not return my calls. Needless to say I am no longer doing business with them. My husband also needed crowns. He was charged $800 more than their quote and had to go back a total of five visits before they got them to fit correctly. They do not value people's time and if you have insurance they will surely take advantage. You are a $ sign not a person. Find ANY other dentist in Lethbridge!! You will not be sorry.

Super efficient, online booking (or phone-in); check-in is fast and appointments always on time. Pharmacy attached is handy. Lots of free parking, easy access off main road. Great family doctor service, they have xray capability. Highly recommend!
