I've seen 5 others in this field, and Jeff Livingstone has been the best fit for me. When I first found Southview Chiropractic, I was literally crippled from severe problems in my hips, entire back and neck. I could barely breath without intense pain. I couldn't lay down in any position, I couldn't stand, I couldn't sit...my body was a complete mess. Plus due to my new job that is quite physical, I need someone who I can trust with the maintenance. Jeff Livingstone has been a godsend. If you need ANY chiropractic help, you'd be wise to go to Southview. Plus, the secretary is knowledgable, and can always assist with questions that you might have.

Had such a horrible experience…read moresome time ago that this kind of treatment made me afraid and therefore very reluctant to ever have acupuncture again. I had needles inserted in 3 different areas of my body ( forehead, shoulders and lower back) for pain. All 3 spots bled, especially my forehead which bled profusely and even the bandages that were hastily applied to my lower back were soaked. The acupuncturist was in a big hurry and really didn't care about my physical health nor my emotional well being. I never went back. Unfortunately I tried another acupuncturist elsewhere in Lethbridge. Same thing , he was also in a hurry and left 3 needles in my body, this time in the back of one leg and it was only when I was getting dressed that I felt these needles still in and of course I was bleeding again from my back leg. He was still in the building and hastily removed them and said something to the effect that if I ever left with inserted needles , just to pull them straight out myself !! Obviously he never bothered to count the number of needles applied. Now, more than 2 years later I had an initial acupuncture treatment on my lower back. Though I was apprehensive about the procedure, it went very well for my lower back pain and NO BLOOD came running out. This was done by my physiotherapist and the whole treatment, including acupuncture was very effective. I have been told by a few experienced people who have used acupuncture extensively in their athletic pursuits for years, that acupuncture should NOT draw blood ever. So BE Wise , if the acupuncturist is nervous and in a big hurry, you will not have a good experience. Remember, it is your body and you have to live in it.

I really thought the young…read morelady that did my pedicure was a sweet kind girl, but lacked the experience and when you are getting the most expensive pedicure that Prim offers I was not impressed when she used a nail file to file the rough areas of my feet. She didn't even soak my feet long enough to even enjoy and got down to business. When the experience was over I went to use the gift card that was purchased for the exact pedicure that was written on the gift card and I was told that I needed to pay an additional amount over and above what was on the gift card, this was an interaction with a different staff member. I told her that the gift card was for the exact pedicure that was booked and received, I then was asked to disclose who purchased the gift card for me and then it was decided that it was good enough, because they had increased their prices after the gift card was purchased which was purchased in December of 2024. This was my second experience with Prim and I am sorry to say my last. Be aware you don't always get what you pay for or are gifted.
