I found out by another dentist later. I was charged the full amount of $ 240 dollars. Not knowing I got ripped off, the same front desk 'lady: said ok you still owe us a dime plus 290 dollars. She was always a horrible personality with me. I was raised polite and courteous. I called a new dentist. They informed me of the cheaper by $90 cleaning for less work. I brush 2 or 3 xs a day. Glad Ivory got there 10 cents and the extra 90 dollars. Just another predator. I ment to say 240 for the cleaning. A 2 level is 156.00 . An 74 dollar saving. I can use that. I'm retired on a small pension. 72 years old.

He was charged $800 more than their quote and had to go back a total of five visits before they got them to fit correctly. The doctors and other staff always treat me with the utmost care and respect. The only issue I seem to run into is with regard to administration of standing order renewals. For example I get an epidural every 3 months to help relieve pain in my lower back. Without it I suffEr a great deal. I called to rebook 2 weeks ago and my chart was pulled up. They would have known right away that I needed new orders but never told me. In the meantime I saw my dr last week and could have had the orders renewed but instead I wasn't told till yesterday and I don't see the dr till January. Therefore unless I can get something done thru his efficient admin I won't get a shot till we'll into the new year when I was told in September to plan December. Perhaps I should have been told then that they were about to expire? Anyhow as I mentioned this is the only issue and it's an admin issue so entirely correctable. I'm not trying to discredit someone else's experience (another posted review), but I have nothing but kind words to say about Eye Appeal! I have never received broken or otherwise tampered with glasses/prescription sunglasses (to which I have had several). I would suggest (based on another posted review) that if you are concerned about the state of any eye-ware you've purchased, prescription or not, look at them yourself before taking them into your possession. I don't remember a time where I didn't put on my new pair of glasses the second I picked them up because my new prescription had a sharper image. I would recommend Eye Appeal and know of many people who have had very positive experiences as well! I would 100% describe the people who work here as honest, kind, and friendly.

I will be returning in 3 weeks to have more teeth removed in preparation for dentures. I am so happy to have found Cool Dental. The entire staff are so attentive to my wishes and needs. There are a lot of little things that make the entire experience enjoyable. One of these is having my name on the welcome board in the reception room. A friend of mine in Calgary is considering switching to Cool Dental in Lethbridge because of his bad dental experiences with Calgary clinics.

I can't recommend them enough to the most nervous of people. I have never been to the dentist for regular check ups. But knowing Dr. Lachman and his excellent staff are here in Lethbridge, I'm going to change that. If it were possible, I'd give this boutique dentist office six stars out of five. The hygienists and Dr. Nelson are all incredibly easy to talk to and understanding. I really don't cope well with the needles (or any mouth pain, really) and they always take extra time and care to ensure I'm comfortable. I have referred a number of friends and family here.

The hygienist (Brad) was so good with him. Made him feel comfortable and at ease, which was so comforting for both me and him! And then a few weeks later I chipped a tooth and needed it filed down. I was able to get in to see Dr. Nelson the next day (the receptionists were so quick to get me in!) and he did a great job at ensuring my tooth felt and looked great. The clinic is very clean and welcoming. There's a great little play place for kids to pass the time in the waiting room and the staff and friendly and genuinely care. Safe to say, we've found our dental family here at London Road Dental clinic.

I have been visiting Robyn at WSM for a number of years for relaxation therapies…read more Last year I suffered a severe nerve impingement, brought on from poor posture while working from home with my laptop sat on my lap, dining table or on the couch arm. This is doubtless going to be an increasingly common occurrence post pandemic restrictions. A lengthy visit to ER resulted in nothing other a dismissive recommendation to "Grin & bare it with pain killers & insert name of heat rub here for the next few months". The following day I contacted WSM & outlined what happened the day before, a cream was recommended to be applied which I managed to get prescribed from a pharmacy, before I could be fitted in for an appointment. Over the last few months using the cream, with suggested changes to my ergonomic setup, sleeping position, increasing my water intake & with typically one (I would much prefer to go twice a week) session a week, I have regained almost normal sensation & mobility to my hand with no actual arm or shoulder pain, so much so that I have been for the last month or so been able to stop taking painkillers, purely to be able to function in the day or sleep at night. I am at a conservative estimate 80% there in getting back to normal, the healing & recovery would have been much faster but was hindered by my part-time work which puts stress & strain on the affected nerve impingement. I suffered a setback when I had to cease visits due to finances & resumed them when able to. after a number of sessions my thumbs numbness from the impingement had all but gone. In conclusion the time & money could not have been better spent other than by visiting Robyn for treatment of the impingement.
