Kim and her family are amazing! They are the only ones we let our puppy go to, and he always comes back just as cool and calm. I love the fact that it is a family business so the kids are involved as well and it makes me a lot calmer leaving my doggy. and they also offer baths!! so while he gets to run and play outside daily, he still fresh and clean when we pick him up,. Before he started going here he wasn't very fond of other dogs, but since it's been a great change and I'm glad he is able to experience other animals and people in a safe environment. If you're looking for a pet sitter, this is the place! The whole booking process was simple and easy. She answered all my questions and her prices were great. Kim was amazing, she is sweet and so nice. She greeted us at drop off and walked me through what a day would look like. the place was nice and my dog had lots of space to run and roam around. Talking at least an acre!!!! My dog seemed to like it there and that made me even more comfortable with choosing this place. When I picked up my baby he was washed and cleaned and I even bought some homemade dog food from Kim! Thank you so much you're amazing 10/10 highly recommend. I was having a hard time finding someone to watch my dog Rayn, she is a pit mix with lab. Soon as I said pitbull dog sitters were saying no. I came across Horton pet sitters, and they welcomed my pitbull. I was in shock, I kept saying she's a pitbull, they said she can come. We dropped Rayn off; that pet hotel was so cute, and I was very comfortable leaving my dog there. I am a 1st time fur mommy, and yes I had tears in my eyes leaving my fur baby. I received a video of Rayn having fun, it made me feel a lot better, now when I go on vacation I drop Rayn off and have peace of mind knowing she's in excellent care. Horton's Pet Haven was very professional and well informed. My family went through Horton's Pet Haven before we left for our cruise and I couldn't be happier with my pet's experience. Kimberly was very attentive and gave frequent updates as well as photos of my dog to ensure there were no worries while we were away. We booked the petting service for 4 nights and purchasing the homemade dog food was a great idea. It's loaded with several healthy ingredients that's were perfect for my dog's sensitive stomach. I took my Yorkie, King to Horton's for 3 nights, and he had a great time. Kim was constantly sending photos and videos of him interacting with the other dogs there. Horton's has everything there, which makes it very convenient. The only items I had to bring were his leash and harness. The owner Kim was also very nice and seems to enjoy all the animals.
