That raises a rather obvious question: if a medical practice cannot reliably manage something as elementary as scheduling a consultation, on what basis should a patient place confidence in its ability to manage something as consequential as a colonoscopy? Competence inspires confidence. Disorganization destroys it. When the first encounter with a medical practice is this dysfunctional and the dysfunction is apparently already known it does little to suggest that precision, oversight, and attention to detail are priorities. The security guard was a little rude though but that's sometimes to be expected. On the 4th floor where the sports medicine office is, the two young ladies that were present were very nice. They were very attentive. One was actually training the other on how to check in patients in her absence (I assume) as they worked for two different doctors. The inside is almost set up like a hospital floor. You have the "nurses station" in the middle and the surrounding rooms. I suppose that that is where they do their charting after every patient or maybe they have their own offices. Overall I think this is a great location and the view is even better.

Since there was no customer assistance, I asked to schedule an appointment for the medical examination, so she just replied by saying exactly like this, with a strong eastern european accent: "listen I am busy right now with someone else, and bla bla bla", "bla bla bla" stands for a bunch of words that I did not understand, and following she just hang out the phone.
