The service is very good in general, but the billing/accounting services are incredibly inefficient. I moved away years ago and for some reason, I just got a notice that they tried to bill my insurance (in Dec.2023) for services from 2021! And I previously had to contact them back and forth for approx. 8 months to try to get another bill paid by my insurance, which I was finally able to get resolved once they sent an itemized bill (which should be standard). I am just appalled that the billing process has been so complicated.

Since there was no customer assistance, I asked to schedule an appointment for the medical examination, so she just replied by saying exactly like this, with a strong eastern european accent: "listen I am busy right now with someone else, and bla bla bla", "bla bla bla" stands for a bunch of words that I did not understand, and following she just hang out the phone. No more words are necessary to finish my review. Way to go Dr. Gershman.
