The thin and long store isn't the most fancy, just a basic set up, with 3 or 4 massage beds, and some quiet asian music set the scene. As my first massage experience in Australia on Oxford street of all places, it was pleasant and felt amazing! I'm sure to go back there, to make use of the coupon card they offered us for multiple visits. If you don't want 45 minutes, they offer half an hour, or an hour as well, roughly a dollar a minute. Last week went for a massage with a Korean lady called Hana (Hannah) and the massage was so rough and hard she had no idea on how to read a customer. The massage was so hard that I was moving and jumping that she did not even ask if I was ok or if it was too hard so the massage could be adjusted. I complained to the reception and all they could do is appologise. Even the extra service she became tired and complained her arms where getting sore and in the end gave up and said time is up. Then here's the catch, don't pay by card, they slap on a 10% surcharge. I wanted my comlaint to be escalated and all they said was they are sorry and accept the feedback and Jacob the manager would return a call to me. To this day almost a week after no return call. The massage itself was so hard that I ended up with buising for days. Avoid this business, they do not care about customer service, and it appears it's about money more than professionlism.

The massage itself is decent but my advice is to stick with traditional Thai massage - if you want remedial go to a proper masseuse. The massage therapists at Sabai Thai know how to treat you. Whilst relaxing, their massages are strong, deep and satisfying. And, if the massage itself wasn't enough to loosen you up, the final five minutes of stretching (in which they twist your body in ways you're certain it's never moved before) leaves you feeling at least two inches taller and with the flexibility of a muppet. I had never had a professional massage before but decided to give it a try after I strained my shoulder whilst training. I got a fantastic massage from Natalie who rubbed away my stiffness and soreness. Now, my shoulder wasn't magically repaired but it did feel a lot better. I was able to move it more freely with less pain. I had no idea what a professional massage was like but after this experience I have been back many times.
