Title Look No Further if you want, Extremely Aggressive,…read moreIntegrity, Honest with Very Positive Results in Any Court Room. I, David Simoniello retained John Bragg from the Spring Street Law Building located in Independence when my X Wife just would not go away. My X wife, after losing in our divorce case, decided to try and strum up some bogus "Invasion of Privacy" charges against me in retaliation. I was then referred to John Bragg's from my divorce attorney, due to her not handling jury trials. Jury trial is the direction these type of charges tend to go. She referred to John Bragg as a "Pit Bull that will take hold of a leg and won't let go!". My experience with John Bragg was just that. 1. He called the prosecutor to his office and pressed her for the evidence that did not exist. He got so loud & aggressive with the prosecutor, the whole office heard it and the prosecutor put her tail between her legs an ran out of the office! Later that evening the prosecutor dropped the charges. 2. John Bragg then filed "mischievous charge" law suit against my X for $1,000,000.00 referencing all of the public humiliation and embarrassment she put me through along with legal fees. On 9/07/2017 after a 3 day jury trial, comprised of 12 Jurors, I was awarded $33,000.00. John Braggs 45 yrs of experience along with being a prosecuting attorney in a nearby city, really showed those three days. John really owned that court room. It was really obvious that this wasn't Johns first rodeo. I was so proud to be his client and wouldn't ever hesitate to retain him again, even over the free service that Ford Motor Company provides me. I might add, this guy knows EVERYONE in the court house, very popular. Please feel free to look up the case number 1616-CV27512 on the Missouri Casenet site.

To Whom It May Concern, or anyone thanking to use this attorney office…read more I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding how my matter was handled by your office. My case was verbally accepted, confirmed in writing, and supported by a signed retainer agreement. Based on those representations, I reasonably relied on your firm to represent me. I ceased pursuing alternative counsel and operated under the understanding that my legal matter was actively being handled. After several months, I received notice that your firm would no longer be representing me. Acceptance of representation -- particularly when accompanied by a signed retainer agreement -- establishes a professional obligation. A delayed withdrawal after months of reliance has the potential to prejudice a client's legal position and materially impact deadlines, strategy, and available remedies. Additionally, the extended period of communication prior to and during representation created the clear understanding that my case was being properly evaluated and pursued. If there were concerns regarding viability, scope, or internal review processes, those should have been communicated transparently and in a timely manner. The prolonged delay, followed by withdrawal, created unnecessary hardship and confusion. Clients rely heavily on the representations made by counsel, especially when formal agreements are executed. Furthermore, your public advertising suggests strong advocacy and commitment to individuals seeking representation. My experience, however, has left me questioning whether cases are prioritized primarily based on projected financial value rather than merit and circumstance. At the end of the day if they feel your case is not value of thousands or millions don't waste you time with this worthless fly by night so call with the words of "I got this" yea you got nothing.. After I see all the reviews I will say any the good 3 stars or better is more likely is a paid review or someone work for the company
