Shopping for an EWI I emailed him with some questions. He replied answering no questions and giving no advice, merely asked what my budget was. When I replied giving an amount and stating it had to be returnable if I wasn't satisfied he replied stating he couldn't help me because they are not returnable. This is a $900 product that you have to try to see if it suits you, and many other dealers sell them with that guarantee. He was not helpful at all.

My lesson didn't start until 4:40 because the kid teaching me spent the first several minutes gathering materials (instrument, bow, book, etc.) for the lesson that I had scheduled days in advance. The session ended at 5:00, and I was charged $35 for a 20-minute lesson when I was originally told it would be an hour-long session. When we inquired about the session length, we were told that WE MISUNDERSTOOD that the session was supposed to be an hour. No apology, no attempt to make it right, nothing. Just we were wrong and that was the end of it. Rude. Dismissive. Unprofessional. Go elsewhere for your music needs.
