Horrible service the guys are lazy and don't even try they even tried to get me to go to another provider. The guy literally walked halfway around my house and said it can't be done try gci. I have and old dish on my house he didn't climb a ladder and try to get a signal there he just left like he doesn't care about his job. read more

Terrible customer service. I think the people that actually do the work are good, but the front office is the worst. They do not return phone calls, emails or follow up on previous commitments. One reviewer thought they were great for providing internet service while over 20 miles away. What? they are a satellite internet provider, this is what they are suppose to do. Front office people either don't know what is going on or just pass the buck. Save your money. There are now many more options in the Homer area. Your money ahead to go elsewhere. read more
